I am a fellow Power Drive fan. It does three significant things for me.
Improves strength.
Improves mental processing power (helped on the mcat).

Risky question but whats wrong with that? I drink 2-3 liters just during my workout. One piss break does me good. Heaven forbid I forget to piss before I step into the shower though.
Increasing my water intake before, during and after wouldnt be a problem.
I may just go with protocol 2 (now 230) and stretch it out a bit. I’ve always been very sensitive to the SWF and while I know its not the full protocol, it lets me try the supplements to figure out what I respond best to. This method I think could be stretched to 48 workouts, I’m going through a fat loss phase so you may think otherwise about what I’m thinking.
My goal is to have more energy during my workouts, increased recovery despite the lower calories (this one kills me), and improve my body composition.
Alpha GPC before, 1 scoop SWF and 1 scoop Anaconda pre/peri, eat 30 minutes later
(That should last 24 workouts approximately)
1 scoop SWF, 1 scoop Anaconda, 1 scoop MAG-10 for pre/peri or maybe MAG-10 post, eat 60 minutes later
This should last another 24 workouts)
5 scoops MAG-10 left, 2 scoops Anaconda left, 1 shot Alpha-GPC left, ideal maybe to gauge the effectiveness of increased amounts on those days where you’ve absolutely trashed yourself.
I’ve learned myself though that I respond just as well to a relatively lower amount of protein (30g from whey) as some do from 60+. The MAG-10 combination is what I would consider ideal for me when I compare my own trial and error to recommendations I’ve been reading for years, so that is why I’m going to stretch out the protocol a bit.
