20 Years Old, Low Testosterone?

ed with woman?

oh my load
itt
found this guys problem

I recently got blood work done with and endocrinologist, and the test came back that my total test was 218 and (SGHB) test was low have to check that level. My free androgen level was 49 low being 35. The doctor said that there was not any need for any test replacement. My question is there any possibility for test replacement, are these levels low enough for another opinion.

I think it’s a case of paranoia. IHMO

DIET EFFECT HORMONES BIG TIME< testosterone, insulin, GH are all affected by HORMONES< top that off EICASANOIDS are super hormones built from OMEGA 3 diet.

YOur testosterone will be higher when your calories are higher especially fats , but low carb has shown to decrease test by twenty two percent.

TO THE OP: read massive eating eat eat eat, take rez v and Alpha Male, sit back eat again and enjoy.

I had your problem when I was 22 so obsessed about t levels, I can honestly say my levels are better at thirty than they were at 22, I was overtraining so much and always dieting. [/quote]

There’s your answer. Your symptoms stick out like a soar thumb and is obvious…

Drink more milk, eggs, cream etc for calories and hormone support.

Take a salad every day (e.g. in the evening). Add nuts and eggs etc (for extra protein and minerals). Believe me, your mood and feeling of well-being will instantly rise after eating like this! Eat more fruit also (e.g. pre&post workout).

Before bed, take 45mg of Zinc (or something with Zinc in it). This can be purchased in most local super markets/health shops. Zinc really does increase Test levels and will boost sex drive and improve sleep. Funny enough, Vit C can do this too. Forget overpriced ZMA, zinc alone will do exactly the same if not better.

Sort out your diet and take a weeks rest from training especially.

Within 2 weeks of taking this advice, you will feel so much better and have a renewed zeal for working out again.

PS - Be more in tune with your body next time, don’t wait until symptoms like these take over…

218 ng/dl? I would get a second opinion. That would be low if you were 65. How old are you?

It would be very hard for someone to even get hormone replacement therapy right now. The stigma surrounding it and the hard time they are giving any doctors who prescribe it would make that more difficult.

Everyone, say thanks to our government and media for that one. I am sure guys over 35 who give a shit are just ecstatic about it.

It’s frankly a crime when people are being denied medicine because of media bullshit and government politics.

The number of calories alone can affect your “hormones”. Footballer should try a biology classroom before any more advice.

It’s even more criminal when there’s no problem getting a whole list of other “medicines” that are potentially much more harmful and people may or may not even need.

Iam 21 years of age.

so i dont think my test should be this low at 21. i am also a college athlete, and being an athlete i want my test level as high as possible.
