20 Year Old Female

Front and side pose

Back (needs the most work other than pure muscle size)

Back pose (trying again)

Side pose (attempt 2 lol)

Pictures aren’t the best but it what you guys wants… I know I’m missing size (a lot of it) but compared to what I looked like in June of 2010, I look substantially better (at lease I think so)

So now that you have what you want (other than videos of my 1rm which will come in 2 weeks when we do them again), what do you think? I know I need size and over all definition…

Then why are you dieting and why are you posting your pics? I’m not sure what you are looking for if you already know that. Seriously go put on the weight you just dieted off and come back.

To be honest I’m really skeptical of your 215 lb atg barbell squat especially after seeing how skinny you are. Your thighs don’t look like they are more than 17 inches. I don’t know what else to say without sounding harsh. Get some videos…175 for reps should be fairly easy for you then…

These shots are much better. You look way better in them. I’m not sure what you’re asking for though, you still need size.

I was probably too harsh there. Sorry. You need to stop dieting though. All your gains will keep wasting away if you don’t and you’ll never grow if you keep focusing on your abs. Forget about them while you build up.

Harsh or not, I think that was good advice. OP, continuing to diet is not going to get you any closer to your goal of competing in bikini, let alone figure or bb.

And I can’t wait to see this squat video. 215 is a pretty big squat for someone that size and experience level. With a 180 dead, I have a hard time believing that the 215 squat was taken to proper depth. But if it was, good for you DnD.

Just because I’m small in size doesn’t mean I can’t be strong. Yes, I’ve only been training for close to a year but it hasn’t been easy training. Heavy weights a d lots of metabolic work. And yes, Im well aware I need to stop dieting to get the size want but dieting the way I do helps insure I look my best on stage when competing against 40 other women. My gains are getting waisted away, their actually getting better. On average, I can add any where from 5-10 lbs every week or two to my lifts (their harder than shit but I still complete them with good posture)

My diet changes in less than two weeks to put size on me and make me stronger. I’ll keep adding pics to show my progress

And I don’t train just for abs, they were the first muscle to really show on my “get shredded diet” other than my shoulders and veins lol and this is the first time ever in my life that I’ve seen bottom abdominals so forgive me for being a little excited over such things lmao

I’d have to agree, you look great just need mass to meet your goals.

If you don’t mind me asking, are you military? Just wondering about the tags and what seems to be a camo bag in the background.

you look great but i would say u need more arms, back, shoulders and probably legs.

You’ve made tremendous progress. Just keep going. Look at how far you’ve come. Be sure the set clear, written goals and work to make them happen.

damn, the girls in here are jellly

And all the guys who respond to male RMP posters telling them they need more mass to compete, are they jelly too? Don’t be a sexist twat.

The OP is a very attractive young woman, but she doesn’t currently carry the muscle needed to compete, at least not at a high level. I thought the women who responded to her were reasonable and helpful, certainly moreso than you.

Attractive girl, great figure… However, competition wise? I gotta go with those advising more muscle mass. Even more so if you’re looking to move on from there. Good start though and I personally see quite a difference from the first pics, so you’re heading in the right direction I’d say. Keep lifting and training.

Don’t be a jackass. Someone who has the balls to post up pictures asking for critique deserves the respect to actually get critique and not have smoke blown up their asses. If you don’t have the balls to be honest to a girl then STFU.
