Looking good man. Just want to reiterate about your legs. It would really bring up your physique overall. Back and front look excellent, solid shoulders and arms overall. Legs need serious work but you have the discipline to make it happen. Good job on actually reading the rules and posting up all the pics too ![]()

Judging from the size of your (relatively) untrained wheels, pretty good progress for 1.5 years, lots of potential, keep it up.
1RM squat of around 365# would be pretty proportional to your bench.
Just a thought, according to the article posted above about strength relationships, your 1rm squat(full olympic squat)should be 305. Then again, if youāre a powerlifter, it would probably be more like 365
Deadlifted yesterday, I ended with 275 for 8 reps. Steadily improving ![]()

I know, itās weird I have my right arm is over a half inch bigger but i can see more definition in my left. I donāt really know what to do about that. As far as the disproportionate bench press, what do you think my deadlift and squat should be at, because they could both use a little more effort.
donāt worry about disproportion, it is very common.
you look great, nice work. You back is developing nicely.
I think he looks great for that height and weight

I donāt mean any offensive but at 5 foot 6 you should look bigger your legs should be very powerful. you seem to have a wider waist not ideal for the typically desired V or this day and age X. You seem to have a strong back with good erectors.
But little rhomboids, you do know the game of bodybuilding though because you look for your points to bring up. Iād say well done but find a way in your posing to cover up the weak spots and for your waist keep bringing up the shoulders until your waist is atleast 1.8 times the size of your waist.
I am confused, i weight 160 and my height is 5ā7" why i look thinier than his? a friend of mine says my bones are heavier because I am old. ![]()
Any ideas?

I think you do look pretty thick. As far as weight, I started lifting at like 135 lbs. I have a very light bone structure. I think my wrist circumference is like 6.5 inches.

All the imbalances have already been spotted, and advice given; so all thereās left to say is great job.
Solid physique, basically how I plan on looking in about a year.
wow, I look ALOT like you, even in the face. Iām 5ā11" and probably have about 2-3% more BF, but besides that we could be related.

Haha that is odd, funny though

If youāre doing this to be on a hollister ad, Iām with you.
However, if youāre doing this to bodybuild, you need to focus on everything and not just symetry.
However, overall, youāre on the right track and youāre doing well.

yeah, I see your point, but natural bodybuilding is a lot different than bodybuilding with steroids. I am happy to have gained over 30 lbs of muscle in less than 2 years naturally. It may not seem like a lot if you are on the juice, but it has been quite a feat for me.

This is the OLD quad pic
This is 18 days later! Iām really proud of myself! (not to gloat) lol

.

Iām having some trouble uploading the new pic for some reason

This is my new legs pic

New calf pic
looking good! I see youāve added thickness to your lowerbody
looking solid bro!
Last night I hit 295 for 8 reps on the deadlift. Steadily increasing by 20 lbs a week! I will probably try 315 for 8 next lift.
