20 Week Cycle of Test P Too Long?

It says for someone my age height and weight my RMR is 2042 cals. So 2042 not 1500?

You could drop below RMR for a couple weeks and be fine, IMO. I wouldn’t push that for too long tho. Kinda kickstart the weight loss

Use Katch-McArdle, it includes Body Fat and is therefore more precise.

I would not go below BMR/RMR to start a diet. Maybe at the end to really get lean but below BMR you’ll feel shitty and the likelihood of muscle loss as well as unfavorable hormonal changes increases exponentially.

If you stay on test, do 1500kcal…
If you are on steroids you can starve yourself more…

When i was this lean, i usually was on 4500kcal DEFICIT a day… like doing 4 hours of cardio and eating 1 clean meal a day.
There is no point to use drugs to cut and not actually friggin CUT!! Either stay natty and healthy and cut slow, or stay on the drugs and be lean in 1 month. Fuck, dont eat at all for a week - that is no problem. The starter of Intermittent Fasting didnt eat for months.

From a muscle loss perspective this is true. Your testosterone won’t drop either. Cortisol WILL spike though.

I can get behind that. My presumption was OP wanted to cut slow for a longer time.

Sent one to my wife, and she let it slip to her friends what I sent her. Now most of her friends want to see it, which is a bit weird, but I am not going to pretend like I am not glad they wanted to see it.

Nope, i was on around gram of test, some tren and my e2 was around 300 pg/ml… i walked like that for a few years straight… but i did IF, at least 2 hours of cardio a day on top of my work as a hand to hand combat instructor(also physical shit) and my own Muay Thai and MMA training.
