20rep squat is a killer aftee which you are so happy just to be alive.
I remember doing 20 reps with 90 kg which was my bodyweight at the time and before the session I remember shaking out of fear.
I can only imagine how your 140kg felt for 22 reps.
Otherwise, I would also ditch the front squat and 531 OHP in this version.

But I set out with 5 goals and only achieved 3. I mean Iām not totally disheartened. But frustrated.
This - all of this. The amount of times I would be warmed ready to start feeling like I about to throw up. I used to put music on and tell me self - just one songs. Its all over within one song.
One of the reasons I started this thread was the accountability side of it. I didnāt want someone to come up in a few weeks time and ask me about this and my response to be āOh, it was hard so I stopped.ā
