Hi coach im currently using your program 20 minute musclebuilder program. as i need to beable to beable to do 15 plus pull ups for my job i have been including 3 sets of 3-4 reps before failure as a warm up before deadlifts. How would you include them if you had to?
Also im very hamstring/glute dominant would you see a problem with a set of leg extensions just to warm up my quads prior to deadlifting?

I would shoot for doing a total of 30 pull ups at the beginning of the work out… you can do them over as many sets as needed but gradually work on doing then in less time.
I don’t see a problem with some light leg extensions before deadlift, but don’t go overboard
