2 Years Training, Focus on Strength

I have been strength training for 2 years. Before that I was doing mostly cardio (I trained boxe and did few half marathons).
I focus more on strength than hypertrophy, but I have still lot of work to do… Here are my numbers:
Deadlift: 405 lbs (2-3 reps)
Squat (ass to the grass): 295 lbs (5-6 reps)
bench: 225 lbs (6 reps)
pull-ups: +25 lbs for reps
dips: +90 lbs for reps

Me thinks by ATG you mean almost parallel. If now, show me the pretty thick quads you no doubt have.

I really full squat… I go up when my hamstrings touch my calves. But I use knee straps in my heavier sets.

just curious…if you’re strictly strength training then why post here to have your “physique”, which you’re not interested in developing, rated?

Hi ,
I never said I am not interesting in improving my physique… I just focus more on strength. Every one is interested in their physique! I am just curious what people may think.
Tks

Because we don’t have a Rate My Lifts section :frowning:

295 pounds ass to grass for 6 reps is pretty impressive IMO… id like to see a vid

Then put this thread in the physique and performance, not rate my physique. I know you are focusing on strength, but this is a forum about physiques, so… you can do the math.

Yeah but I had to post on rate my physique so people can rate my physique… doesn’t do any harm putting some additional info…
