Been lifting for exactly one year now. My routine as follows:
Day 1: Legs, Trapz
Day 2: Chest, Triceps, Abs
Day 3: Biceps, Lats, Back
Day 4: Rest
I do this 4 day set every four days. I’ve been doing squats for about 2 months now, usually 155 X 10, 4 sets. I’m really into hitting my trapz, enjoy dips, also hitting up the often forgotten forearms.
Looking to start doing some speed training, would consider myself to be a mesomorphic. I can gain muscle and fat pretty easily.
I consider my weak points my lats, and my body fat percentage.
Dude, when you do a back pose spread the lats out as opposed to scrunching your back up. Every newbie seems to do that. On a back pose you want to show your lat width. The way you are posing it looks like you have no lats.
Triceps look good, shoulders look a little weak, but that could be because of your pose. If you’re squatting 155, then legs need quite a lot of work. You don’t look bad for a year, but a correctly posed back and front double-bi would give us a better idea of what you need work on.
And if you ever say “trapz” again, I will track you down and shit in your cornflakes. “S” is still a valid letter.
Was gonna give my front pose, but i just finished man scaping my chest, so it was red and scratched looking.
I’m actually doing squats at a lower weight and at higher reps to build up the strength and supporting muscles of my legs. If anybody has any advice or website tutorials on how to pose properly, please post them.
my training consists of just about everything in the gym, except machines. I really enjoy doing squats, my legs aren’t tiny, but need more definiton. I really want to get into deadlifts and cleans, but I don’t know anybody who can show me proper technique for those lifts.
My diet is pretty shitty, living in houston i eat BBQ too damn much, but I’m starting grad school in January, have access to the university’s Gym and I live within 200 yards of the gym. So i will have my ass in there probaly every night or so.
I do plan on making up a new training plan, I find that changing my work outs give me a chance to hit the weaker area’s of my body.
Nice Electric Eales,
Trying to talk shit about my pic, thats fine, but at least have enough balls to post your pic. In your profile you say your 5’4 and 175 lbs with 15% body fat. You sound scrawny as a bitch, you also say you been lifting for 15 years…sure…
When you post your picture in “Rate my Physique”, and try to tell people you’ve been lifting for 15 years, what will they say to that?
