I guess you are still in the good old 5x5 stage, that worked for me for about 2 1/2 years. Believe me though, just because I do high volume doesn’t mean I’m not going heavy, I am.
Btw I don’t know if I listed this before but are your goals powerlifting or bodybuilding oriented?
If bodybuilding I’d probably switch up that routine sometime in the next 6 months.
your physique over all will really benefit form heavy squatting and dead lifts… not only will it help with what everyones call your 'puny and underdeveloped" legs, but for a natural body builder there even more important because of the important metabolic functions and effects on test levels they have…

I love your posing routine, but when you spin round on the chair and do a back double bi shot, the back of the chair kinda covers it. I guess sitting back in a chair isn’t the best position to pose from. The best bit was ‘Some Arms’ section - sic gunz!!!1!!!
Good work guy. I question you being at 8% BF though. Is that just your own personal estimate? Most people show more abs than that once they’re sub 10%.
No shot you are at 8%. Much closer to 12%. You are soft and smooth with no vascularity and minimal separation. Trenbolone should have had a dramatic impact on all of that.
You have good arm genetics but you need some serious pec/delt/back development.
I’d say you currently have a good base to work with. It would be my recommendation to not do another cycle until you gain another 10-15 pounds of LBM.
Personally i prefer the thicker look over the lean ripped vascular look, I never said i was 8% lol. I do not even know. And yes my arm and shoulder genetics over pwoer my chest and i do not know what to do i train the shit out of my chest.

Why the fuck are you using steroids if you don’t even know how to make your chest grow. You are actually a bigger dumbass that I originally thought.
It’s not the T that is making you soft. It is your diet and the layer of baby fat still covering your entire torso. You have no definition whatsoever, except in your arms, how can you say you don’t put on fat. Saying something so ignorant only further convinces me that you don’t know what you are doing and will never make adequate gains unless you are on something. The tren should have gotten you absolutely ripped if you had any clue as to how you should be eating while cycling; no one stays at the same bodyfat % when using that drug. Proving me wrong, by making gains naturally, would be doing yourself a favor.

Is this not the guy that said he wouldn’t even use protein supplements because they werent “natural” and now he is using steroids… that’s a pretty big jump there.
