Personally i prefer the thicker look over the lean ripped vascular look, I never said i was 8% lol. I do not even know. And yes my arm and shoulder genetics over pwoer my chest and i do not know what to do i train the shit out of my chest.
I eat alot, man pretty much everything i get my hands on, (I dont put fat on)
Thats probably the testosterone (Sustanon) that has made me soft and smooth.
Why the fuck are you using steroids if you don’t even know how to make your chest grow. You are actually a bigger dumbass that I originally thought.
It’s not the T that is making you soft. It is your diet and the layer of baby fat still covering your entire torso. You have no definition whatsoever, except in your arms, how can you say you don’t put on fat. Saying something so ignorant only further convinces me that you don’t know what you are doing and will never make adequate gains unless you are on something. The tren should have gotten you absolutely ripped if you had any clue as to how you should be eating while cycling; no one stays at the same bodyfat % when using that drug. Proving me wrong, by making gains naturally, would be doing yourself a favor.
Is this not the guy that said he wouldn’t even use protein supplements because they werent “natural” and now he is using steroids… that’s a pretty big jump there.
Not to mention he claims to be natural in all his youtube vids.

Its a shame really he showed promise when he first posted here.

what’s wrong with protein supplements ?
Wanted to do it all natural with just food and steel. No enhancments.
Protein shakes are food.
Whey is from cow’s milk - how natural is that?
Im pretty sure whey isn’t from cows milk… Cows Milk is Casein Protein.[/quote]
I have no idea if this was addressed or not I just started this thread.
if it was said im sorry but ill say it anyways
Whey is from cows milk
Casein is a part of cows milk.
how I was told is look at cheese
cheese is from milk.
when milk separates you have 2 components the curd and the whey
whey is the watery stuff after the fats curdle.
you then add stuff and you mold it dry it and get cheese.
Whey supplements are nothing more than that clear watery stuff dried into a powder form
protein shakes are nothing more than concentrated powdered milk.
Drink it up nothing unnatural about that at all.
EDIT:…
my bad old ass post lol, I can see you dont care about natural and unnatural anymore lol
and no the sus has not made you soft and smooth.
its mainly diet and also possibly water retention due to Estrogen sides
check out your diet and your Ai usage that should take care of the smoothness.
but you really need more mass before worrying about the dry look I think.

Ok, but keep in mind protein powders IS in actual fact FOOD. You should introduce a protein shake there and there. It’s not essential but it does help you know. Overall good work I’d say!

I choose the way I wanted to go you choose yours.Just don’t put it online!Once it is here it will always be here and its no ones business but yours!
