Awesome job, Are you sure no shakes or anything?
j/k, but really dude the mario bros theme c’mon
Haha hey i like the mario Bros! lol and yeah no protein shakes, just straight food
and another thing, i know this is genetics but my chest is a pain in the fucking ass to grow, it just wont budge… My shoulders, back, arms and legs will. But my chest genes suck… Anything exercises u guys reccomend. And if ur gonna tell me to eat more, im already up to 4200 calories a day, and everything els eis growing but my chest
try just using dumb bells for your chest presses. You might just be shoulder/triceps dominant and not hitting your chest.
Tell me about it, when i go wider then shoulder width on bench i get weaker alot. But my close grip is pretty good for my weight. i cna get 285 close grip. So use more dumbells for chest? Flies and stuff too?
Well what I do is BB bench press first, then DB incline, decline on a hammer strength machine, then either cable flys or the pec deck.
Get the best of all the possible worlds hah
i only workour 3 days a week 8-10 sets
For example
This week was/still is:
Tuesday: Incline Press 5x5, Skull Crushers 3x3
Thursday (Today): Straightbar Curls 5x5, Squats 5x7, Chinups 5x5 (Weighted)
Saturday: Bench Press 5x3, Bench Dips 5x5 (Weights on my lap)
Along with eating 3 meals a day which consist of 1500 calories each so do the math :D.
I can’t believe you make any gains off a program like that ![]()
why woulndt i make any gains off a program like that?
Well I guess I’m thinking of it in terms of myself. I would regress, because its about 1/10th of the workload I’m used to. I tend to generalize things, so if it works for you more power to you.
Good progress! Legs look great! Keep up the good work!
Well i feel you dont need to do ALOT to build muscle as long as the weight is very heavy, like shown my rep ranges are from 1-5 with heavy weight.
