What progress? There is one picture and no stats. You can’t tell progression from a single point.

I don’t think BBing is really that popular in those countries, it’s more popular in a western society, which is why it is now becoming popular in southern Asia, as they become more westernised.

They probably just think there’s a whole lot more to life then physique transformation. Let’s be honest, to be a BBer or really into working out for looks, you have to be bit shallow, and when you come from a country that has a lot of poverty, corruption etc…BBing isn’t even in the top 100 on the list of important things.

Indian food = fail. Indian genetics = more or less shitty.

there is over a billion of them. you have named a handful. most of which are shitty.

You have to realise that lifting weights is not that common in “most” parts of the world as it is in the US and some places in Europe. Most kids growing up in the US will have a gym at their school, and a lot of them will do weight training from a young age. This is not the case in the majority of the world. Even in the countries where olympic sports are big, only those who have remained competetive athletes into their puberty are exposed to weight training.

Anyway, a quick google search about “Indian bodybuilders” reveals plenty of dudes who are very large. The problem is very rarely genetics.

Obvious, yet excellent points.
Sometimes I really lament the westernisation of so called third world countries.
The benefits (technology, standards of living etc.etc) are needed, but dubious.
It’s seems kind of sad to see some of the deep spiritual values of ancient cultures eroded by the shallow materialistic consumerism of the west–but I guess this is the trade-off.
With the wealth comes what you might term “illth”

Or…perhaps I am showing some degree of naivete in thinking this way.

Anyway, OPs new avatar is increasingly leading me to belive that this is a troll job.

OH SNAP!!!

you got me there oh no.

hate to tell ya, being controlled is for battered women and children
which are you?

my guess looking at your weight and occupation in profile is a little of both.

whats wrong is there food rations in your country as well?

My take on this thread:
America is raw as fuck (didn’t need to read this thread)
Indian food is crap (didn’t need to read this thread)
OP sucks (didn’t need to read this thread)
Australia sucks (chanlo10 lives there)
etc.

All in all a great waste of time.

Your comments dont even makes sense controlled??? wtf??? you dont even make sense. Kinda like having a muslim president after muslims attacked your country. Kinda like sending bin ladens relatives out of US after they attacked your country instead of questioning them as witnesses… yeah i like micheal moore his docos tell the truth.

Regarding my bio, i love that you checked me out  i must have ruffled some feathers. Im not a ‘body builder’ im a basketballer 5’10 point guard whos aim is not to be big, bulky and slow like most people here but be quick on my feet with enough strength to take hits from picks and the like.

Maybe my opinion is jaded from so many stupid yanks i’ve met over the internet. I know a couple in real life and they are actually nice.

I’ll be in US for a wedding next year, its gunna be sick. LAL game, GS game, Vegas Bucks party, NYK game, trip to canada (aye) and a minnisota wedding in the middle of winter.

One comment i had from an american tonight was that australia is a third world country but yet americas unemployment is higher than ours? These stupid comments have caused my jaded opinion.

Back on topic dude aint as ripped as he thinks, idian food is better for than you think.

controlled as in the government tells you how, when and where to do everything and you weak minded sheepish aussies do it all in the name of protection.

BTW I didnt understand a damnned word about all this “impressive” stuff you are going to do while your here.
but Im sure you will love it,besides the below zero temps in Minnesota in winter, ( that like -400 or something)
you will love it though just be careful in the larger cities,I mean im sure they would see you coming a mile away.

and I looked at your profile not because you ruffled feathers,I dont get how people get upset over the internet thats kind of gay.
I knew a blow hard such as yourself would post info “bragging”
and I wanted to see how much a guy with a pencil neck like yours said he weighed.
based on that football head and that skinny ass neck I would have said 140ish not 175ish
either way I feel sorry for you cause I havent been 175 since like 6th grade.

enjoy your freedom while your here, it will be missed when you go back to your prison camp.
(that is how aus started wasnt it a prison camp?)
old habits die hard dont they.

oh ya you just topped it off with a big ole cherry with the “5’10” basketballer (are they that short there?) and the Bulky and slow comment
lol ignorance runs deep my sad diluted friend.

Yes India is full of skinny people because of all the poverty etc etc, only a few have good genetics. Bodybuilding is not all genetics, ok genetics probably play the biggest role, however if the OP had a better diet and lifted heavier he would see far better results. And to destroy his hopes yes Indians have shit genetics!

Most of the big dudes are from the Punjab area in India, but they are “big” as in tall and stocky, not muscular. The rest of India is skinny! and stop with the rascism, is it gonna build muscle?

You do know the first australians (not referring to the aboriginal population obviously) were criminals, drunks and general no-goodniks banished from the very countries you’re stupidly demonizing.

And lol at the aussie calling americans racist lol. does this ring a bell?

I’ve come to the realisation that this thread is full of self-hating, white-washed indians and dillusional khalistanis who probably got bullied at school for being indian and would gladly suck white cock if they had to.

I have nothing more to say to any of you.

What about me makes me white wash? Fuckface, Because i eat beef? Chicken? Because I call indian food unhealthy? Because i make fun of another indian? Seriously its faggots like you that promote segregation by calling people that shit for no reason other then them not liking everything “indian”.

Coconut ghee, or ghee made from raw dairy is healthy.
