Aslo I’ve been thinking of taking TRIBEX actually, but also an Icariin supplement. I’ve heard it’s a testosterone mimetic, so does that mean it’ll work the same way as AAS?[/quote]

Icariin? Why do you also have erectile dysfunction?

Oh yeah, TRIBEX and Icariin stack is just the same as teh roidz.

Another thread ruined by stupid racist americans… your country should be proud.
Why not look at some indian recipes and then comment.

Interesting stuff. It IS a testosterone mimetic.

Some threads detailing icariin use in bbing

Finally from this link

www.bodybuildingpig.com/

"Icariin is a flavonol found in epimedium extracts more familiarly known by name horny goat weed. Used for hundreds of years as a tonic in Chinese herbalism, it has only recently been elucidated just how and why Icariin exerts such an effect. A recent study suggested that, in the words of the researchers, icariin has testosterone mimetic properties.

Icariin also seems to exert an effect of raising levels of nitric oxide. It does this similarly to Divanilâ?¢, by increasing expression of the nitric oxide Synthase enzyme. However, where icariin differs is that it also seems to be able to inhibit all three forms of an enzyme called Phosphodiesterase type 5 or â??PDE-5â??."

Bill Roberts would be the right person to consult regarding this.

Oh god yeah I love curries, my favourite is chicken Do pyazi.
But as BB food? maybe not.

I am, for the moment and against previous evidence, assume you are not a troll. I think, like a lot of people here and elsewhere, looking for magic bullet, powder, pill to get big and strong. If that really is your picture, you look fine for a regular eighteen year old who does a few curls and some kind of triceps machine work. If you have troll the internet you might have seen quite a bit of good advice like “lift heavy free weights from the ground to overhead.” That will really make you big. I think eggs on top of other punjabi food will probably be good but it sounds like you aren’t working hard enough yet to make your body crave huge food intakes.

Lift heavy, often and to failure if you want to be big and powerful. Avoid fads and magic pills (oops, probably not cool to say in this forum). If asians have any disadvantage it is probably cultural (diet in childhood) and not genetic. True, most of India and Pakistan aren’t known for their giants but there are some pretty big guys.

So far, you might be better off than your buddies, but not “jacked”. Go to a highland games or a power lifting meet and see some raw strength. Maybe not ripped and lean but the strongest men you will ever meet.

Keep it up and maybe not try so hard to sound cool. We’re all equally dorky here. It is the internet.

Why not?
Most have meat, bread of some kind or rice and vegies?
Just eat the dishes that contain body building food in them like above.
What more do you need?

Sorry i made a mistake

Dude your progress is alright but you need more protein, alot no soy and more calories a must lift as much as you can for three days every other day and I promise you will grow like never before, and dont forget deadlifts they are the key to true strength and mass.

This, and good food will make you strong.

Squat, Deadlift, Overhead press

pullup, bent rows, high pulls

I was wondering about the racism remark too.
Aussies don’t have a great track record either but I’m not accusing chanlo of anything. Talk about stereotyping…

Yes, hypocrisy.

i was just wondering what part of your training made it “hardcore?”

It was based on the starting strength routine, but I tweaked it to make it more sports specific to me.

what made it sport specific? What sport? Routines? Stats? Measurements? Before/After pics?
