Today’s second training session consisted of 9 singles with 90%RM of 55kg/121lbs and 7 sets of 6 with 80%RM of 50kg/110lbs on squats followed by 1 set of 12 with 75%RM of 35kg/77lbs and 2 sets of 6 and 2 sets of 8,7 with 80%RM of 37,5kg/82lbs and 1 double with 90%RM of 45kg/100lbs and 2 singles with 95%RM of 47,5kg/105lbs and 1 single with 42,5kg/94lbs on bench press finally followed by 14 reps each with 75-80-85kg/170-180-190lbs and 3 sets of 9,6,5 with 77,5-82,5-90kg/175-185-200lbs on sumo deadlifts.
