Hi guys im new to this forum and am loving it.
Ive been training for a couple of years now and am wanting to do my first steroid cycle.
I have done alot of research in the last couple of months and came across the Bill Roberts 2 week cycles and various other peoples posts.
I would like to make my first cycle a 2 weeker due to different factors;
- I live in spain, its almost impossible to get any gear/ancillaries in my town (legally).
- Im heading to thailand for 4 weeks and therefore have not more than 2 weeks time for PCT.
- I am not looking for huge gains, an extra 2-3lbs of leans mass gain would be more than enough on top of my natural progress rest of the year.
- I like the fact that i wont need to use HCG on top on a 2 weeker and that the sides are less.
I have designed a 2week cycle plus PCT myself and would like to hear other opinions of more experienced people on it.
Day 1 (frontload):
Testosterone Propionate 300mg
Trenbolone Acetate 150mg
Dianabol 50mg
Days 2-12:
Testosterone Propionate 150mg ED
Trenbolone 75mg ED
Dianabol 50mg ED
Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
Days 12-14:
Dianabol 50mg ED
Arimidex 0.5mg EOD
PCT
Days 15-21:
Nolva 30mg ED
D-Aspartic acid 3g ED
Vitamin C 3g ED
Days 21-30:
Nolva 20mg ED
D-aspartic acid 3g ED
Vitamin C 3g ED
My stats are:
20 years old
181cm
84kg
8% body fat
2 years of intensive training
Any advice would be GREATLY appreciated as i want to do this safely and right.

I know i could easily get more gains naturally and also will do, just thought a little 2 weeker to get a feel for it before i really start using them in 1 or 2 years later wouldnt be a bad idea, cause ill be in thailand anyways. Plus a 2 weeker shouldnt really do any harm to my endocrine system at this stage or alter it in a negative way if any progression is still to come.
However i want to get the most out of it and do it safely and wanted to get some extra eyes to look over my planned cycle.
Again, any tips would be appreciated.

Honestly it’s a good cycle you picked short esters for the front loading cycle which is fine considering you’re doing a short cycle.

I have edited the comment. The 2 week comment was my opinion, and I stand by it,especially for a first cycle (virgin muscle pain) but it’s been removed. I believe that you should work on exhausting your natural potential and not take aas until you are older. But do whatever you’d like.
I will also agree with Jay that for a 2 week cycle it’s laid out well.

Thank you for your feedback, again, i appreciate it and also respect your opinion. I was just initially put off by the ¨stupid¨.
It’s kinda funny. You read that and quoted it very quickly. I went back and edited the comment pretty quickly. After the edit you had already caught it. I really wanted to remove it because it was based on opinion. It will remain my opinion although we all know about opinions.

2 weeks are pretty good for those who want really smal gains, over a long period of time, but definitely for those who seek to become big. I know a bunchload of military personeel who use them, and they are all jacked, fast, and strong but less than 200 pounds. 4 weeks on/4 weeks off is superior IMO.

Yes i agree 4 weeks on/ 4 weeks off is more effective, however as i stated, i only have 4 weeks time, and i want to do a good and safe PCT.

Take your PCT drugs in Thailand with you. Noone is gonna check your backpack for a couple of pills.

Well laid out cycle however your compound choice for a first timer is questionable (Tren).
IMO tren is just too suppressive to be used in a 2-weeker (depending on how fragile your endocrine system is).
I have some experience with the 2-weekers, I used 700mg Test P/wk and 60mg Dbol/d, gained roughly 3-4lbs but was fairly difficult to maintain even with a good diet and training regimen.
Also, 4 weeks on/4 weeks off is silly in my opinion, 4 weeks is more then enough time to suppress your endocrine system fully and for long enough. 4 weekers do not have a place in “short” cycles especially when highly suppressive compounds like Tren are used.
I would drop the Tren and increase the Test and Dbol (if you can handle the pumps). If you insist on running Tren then drop the test greatly with a 3:1 ratio of Tren:Test. Something like 75mg Tren with 20-25mg Test ED.
And as already mentioned, Test P hurts in most people.
