Hey! I’m pretty experienced with the 2x2 thing, and I liked it very much. I ran 4 2x2’s back to back, month off, repeat with zero problems. I will give you my feedback.
Up the dose. On everything. And run the DBol all the way through. You seem to understand the concept and how the active blood levels work, just do the math and up the dose CONSIDERABLY. For this type of cycle, my sweet spot seemed to be somewhere around 150-200mg/day total AAS, depending on the mix.
HCG while on helped me tremendously.
I didn’t need nolva for two weeks if at all, if I used the hcg.
Did you up your dose based on blood level calculations? Or through testing by upping doses. Was the lower dosage just not effective enough for only a 2 week stint?
I used a 250 eod if I remember. It was an arbitrary starting point from which to dose up or down. It worked.
As far as a shorter period: I asked the same question. The response if I recall was that 2 weeks was required ON to allow for real expression of AR mediated effects. As far as shortening time OFF, if I were to consider doing so, it would only be based on blood test results.

What doses exactly did you use? Always Test+Tren+Dbol combo?
I ended up starting the cycle pretty much as it is listed on the front page with some changes due to recommendations that followed. I’ve upped the test a little to 40mg to see if it ups my libido a little bit.
After front-load: 60mg TA/40mg TP/40mg dbol
Feeling the tren lack of endurance of such for sure.
I’m up about 11 pounds in 6 days so far which is a bit more than I was expecting.
Injections are leaving me with a decent amount of pain but I think it’s just first timer stuff or just my body not liking test p or the tren.
Interested to see what the final results are when I come down from the water gain.

What does the “active” column mean?[/quote]
Active levels in the blood - dosage vs. halflife. Test Prop peaks blood levels at 12 hours, remains active at that amount active until 48 hours and then drops off. So if you inject “100” at 0 hours and “100” at 24 hours, you’ll have “100” active at 12 hours, “200” active at 36 hours (first dose 36 hours later is still active at 100%, and the 24 hour dose is active at 36 hours). It will then taper off after that. Note: by “100” I don’t mean 100mg is active in the blood, or 100ng/dl blood or anything. I just mean the numbers as illustrative of active levels vs halflife.
I don’t think the numbers in the chart are accurate based on the pharmacokinetics of Test Prop I’ve seen, though.
[Edit]: Times and doses are approximate. 12 → 48 hours isn’t set in stone. Pulled the Pharmacokinetics from Anabolics '09 (Llewellyn).
