12-6-2012 bench

incline log press- 90lbs x10, 110x10, 130x10
one arm db row- 100lb x10x2
bb bent over row- 185x10, 135x10x2
tri extension- 20lb x12x2
bb curl- 40lb x15x2
band face pull- avg band x12x2

think that’s all. my bench grip is prolly 1.5-2 inches in from rings. working out pretty well. warmups are close grip. still feel like a little girl lol. bw 187

The gym where I am training is run by a guy who doesn’t care or lift and my training partner wants to buy the place and I want to by a crepinsek rack when I sell my bike and so we got to talking. All the equipment there will go for cheap and then the place is set up well, so it would just be a marketing game to get enough members. He figured the break even point is about 60 members, which are already there. And if increased to 120 members he can quit his job and then who knows. We’d be the only place around with a lot of specific equipment. I’ll let you know how it goes.

We’d probably host a meet to kick things off too and maybe some other silly sorts of competitions…

that’s all. squatting didn’t feel all that great so i just stayed at 400. put on briefs for a lil overload. playing with my stance a lil. hip mobility is better than it was so i’m tryin diff stuff. still no belt on anything. may change that soon. wasn’t able to lift last week.

1-3-2013 bench

did some 185x10x3 and 225x10x2 with ram, then some other shenanigans.

1-8-2013 deadlift

was gonna do squat and dead but mono was bein used so just did some deadlifting.

2.25" blocks- warmup- 135, 225

455x3x3 belt

conv deficit haulings- 225x10, 275x10x2
safety bar lunges- 130x7per leg x2

that’s it. deadlifting feels better, i feel like i’m actually getting the movement down where it feels comfortable again. safety bar lunges rocked my legs, feelin it today, gonna add them in more often.

I think thats all. deadlifting went a lot better. its feeling better.

i think that is all, i feel like i’m missing something but i don’t think i am. i thought about going heavier with the boss briefs but i’m stopping while things are still pretty easy.
