that’s it, pretty demotivated from shitty work lately.

6-18-12 squat day

tri/arm work- 40lb x15x3 per arm
rev grip straight bar curl- 20lb x30x3

that’s all, still not motivated. didn’t go heavy cuz we are goin heavy next monday for jakerz last squat day. did some reps, not hard, worked on form.

Some guys from the gym just bought some and are hitting some big numbers. Thinking about picking some up. Do you feel like you get more out of them than any of the Metals?

well, i do not really have a good comparison to make. based on my experience with the metal suits i will say it feels like the boss briefs let me squat the way i want to because of the thin material, the thickness of the metal gear i feel gets in the way sometimes. i’m sure that doesn’t help much, but i think i will continue to buy boss briefs instead of the metal ones if that helps you at all.

haha yea i know. just one of those moods i guess. and its frustrating to not be at the numbers i want, so it makes me feel like i’m just a less than average lifter and why keep lifting? i’m sure that’ll change though, happens every so often. well it was also rev avg bands and i was wearing briefs and knee wraps so it was basically like just lifting 100lbs lol.

i think that is all. didn’t do much, only had a short time to be in gym. no lifting friday, leaving to go to virginia to pick up a motorcycle i bought lol.

What did you buy? That’s a hell of a trip for a bike

so a short trip to arlington, virginia. 2400 miles, left thurs after work, got back saturday night and all i got was a shirt…and a new harley haha.

that’s all. still going kinda shitty. on the plus side this is the lowest and heaviest i’ve taken straight weight down. didn’t feel all that great

What does your accessory, core, mobility if any work look like? Im under the assumption that you do some things outside of what you regularly post, just curious as to if you do any maintainance just to be able to squat that much, i would imagine shit takes a toll on the body.
Also do you find briefs/suit help at all as far as keeping the hips fresh?
