  1. I was wondering what is structural balance to you? Do you agree that a max in one lift should be a relative percentage of another lift?

1 I wrote an article about it (Know your ratio fix you weakness) so I do believe in it. It is not an exact thing because some people have leverages that are advantageous to some lifts while being horrible for other lifts, but it can be a good place to start when evaluating someone.

  1. When doing isolation work/constant tension work to build muscle via growth factor release and not intense muscle loading.
