How many calories does 1 cup of cooked steel cut oats have? all i can find on
calorieking.com is 150 for 1/4 cup. it says cooked but also dry and i know it
cant be 1/4 cup cooked. even dry thats 2x as much as normal oats…is that right? -
what does ozl mean? liquid ounces? I’ve only seen oz. and FL. oz. the steel
cut oats i’ve had say 6ozl. is 170 calories
