2 Decades of Body Abuse Followed by 6 Months of Fitness

Great minds think alike! Just having my fat free cottage cheese with sugar free redbull and 8 diazepams. Then straight to be bed with th Dorian Yates Training Journal.

Ahh yeah, he fnally released it and it’s availale on apple books

This would be a statement with some merit if you were saying it from a rocking chair in your 70/80s - the fact you haven’t died yet is luck (I’d say grace but that might trigger you on a tangent haha).

When did you start your cycle?

You have indeed responded to the questions and I apologise if you aren’t a troll I just struggle with reconciling your words to your actions - things like getting blood work, coming off because your lipids are slightly out of whack then blast 3g of tren in one injection (assuming you’re using 150ml/1ml), things like saying your off to bed and taking a strip of valium and drinking a red bull, portraying someone of some level of success and intelligence (successful business, physics background etc) and then having absolutely zero idea of what a cycle should look like or what drugs your using actually do to your body (law of diminishing returns comes to mind - AR down regularation or myostatin production uprating). I know that your background isn’t pharmaceuticals but virtually no one on these boards has any formal education on the topic, but usually before starting down the road they get some basic grasp of what they are using and how to use it or at least spend 10 mins in the pharma section asking questions (then ignoring the advice haha).

Now I am aware that addicts aren’t known for rational behaviour, but then again you claim to be clean (looks more like replacement therapy than being clean).

If you’re genuine then you need to take an honest assessment of where you are an what you’re doing, I’d recommend doing a PCT and at least getting smart about your drug use, I’d recommend never touching them again for you or just going to TRT if you need it but you’ll do whatever it takes to attain the body of a dead guy (where no doubt drugs played a part in speeding his demise).

If you want an education on tren search posts by @unreal24278 (not seen him post much recently but he may chip in on why it’s such a terrible idea) or search through Google and read what little literature exists on it (some interesting stuff on myocardial infarctions in young otherwise healthy and asymptomatic people) or watch a video on YouTube by the anabolic Dr (who I actually think undersells the damage). Also be aware Tren causes fairly significant negative changes to the brain and will cause your decision making to be a bit less than stellar so maybe come off before planning your next cycle!

Best of luck.

there are so many things that should be addressed in this thread, but I feel like this is the most important. Dude. You’re 6 months clean. That’s fucking NOTHING. The absolute worst thing you can do is decide that the problem is gone. It never goes away.

My first sponsor, in his younger years, made it to 11 years clean. Was married, kids, stable life, financial success, house, cars. He went to meetings throughout those 11 years. After his 11th sobriety anniversary, he decided he was cured. Stopped going to meetings. He was fine for a bit. Maybe 6 months or so. Then he started getting the itch. But still held it together. A little after his 12th year of sobriety, he went back out drinking. His life spiraled in months. When I met him he was 11 years into his second sobriety stint. He is still sober today, 15 years past that, and he still goes to meetings.

You’ve clearly still got a problem. We can all see it. Our demons never go away, my man. They’re always waiting right there for us to let our guard down. Yours are breathing down your fucking neck. Telling you you’re fine. That you chased them away, that they’re gone for good.

They aren’t.

Your “fitness endeavor” is so much more about the drugs you’re taking than it is about your actual training. That’s why you’re afraid to do squats and don’t even mention anything else about your training.

No one caught on to the irony in this statement?

What about this one?

Top of the morning to you Sirs! I woke up, hugging my new favourite Swiss ball. Slept 13 hours straight(normally I get up for a piss at least once every 2 hours) and I didn’t wet the bed either! The amount of diazepam it took to put me out is ridiculous though…

Anyway, I feel so much better now. 600mg modafinil, 600mg caffeine, 2000 calories mass protein shakes, half a gram of masteron. And I’m ready to attack the day!

Better living through chemistry!

How’s everyone doing?

And no, I wasn’t working on Schrödinger equation at the time, I just moved my notepad so that it’d be in the photo, because I wanted to appear clever.

Kind of defeats the purpose since I told you all now though…

I know nothing of what you’re taking about there…

You have no idea. And I don’t care enough to elaborate or even debate with you because you seem like a person who’d rather assume instead of research or try to understand.

You familiar with me from another forum maybe? Legs are my weak part, I only started training them recently and still less often then once a week.

But i will take a photo(adding a todo into things on iOS so consider it done) and post it and people will make fun of me. I can take it.

No it’s just that I realized that it’s a “rate my physique” post and you didn’t show much.

As long as you train them. After 2 knees surgeries my legs used to be my weak point for many years and I was ashamed of them so I know the feel

Wow… That was inappropriate and uncalled for.

Hi. I don’t know if you remember me, but we met in one of your introductory threads. I’m here to say that I understand this impulse. If you are anything like I am, you may want to try a Brazilian Jiu Jitsu class if a nearby school is accessible to you.

You can simulate this on someone in that kind of setting. Crushing someone’s skull is wrong and not allowed, but what you can do is train for taking a person down, getting them in that position and then holding them there while you simulate your thing. Just about any experienced jiu jitsu guy will let you try that on them in live training.

There are a lot of badass and supportive people you can meet if you train jiu jitsu, many of whom can probably relate to your situation. I don’t think you’d have anything to lose by picking a nearby school and showing up for a class. Almost all of them do first class free.

Show up to a class. It could change your life. Good luck my dude!

What’s there to research or understand? You’re bold enough to post pics of your syringes and drugs, but won’t show legs in a “Rate my Physique” thread.

You don’t train legs because you’re afraid to do squats and thats why legs are a “weak point”. You take crazy dosages of drugs just to be slightly fitter than an average gym casual (at best), maybe even worse off with all these side effects.

But whateva, I’m sure you’ll say some wise shit like:

Y’all are just feeding a BPD monster here.

That’s exactly what I was thinking. I had (HAD, it’s incredibly difficult to stay friends with people like that) a friend who had BPD and this guy acts JUST like him. Terrible disorder.

I think its the meth. I’m in Oregon, there are mad tweakers here. A lotta the “recovered” tweakers have this weird chipperness at times that looks like:
