Okay so I’m 21, looking to pack on lean muscle for a specific event, therefore need to pack it on in strategic places, namely ‘the show muscles’ I feel there are a lot of T-Nation observers that regardless of there physique, want to obtain muscle growth in the same areas, so replies to this post could benefit a lot of people!.
Basically I will leave out leg training, just maintain through sport. The split looks like this:
Push/Pull/OFF… repeat!
2/0/X cadence
60-90second rest.
hit failure only on last set of each exercise.
Focused muscles -Upper Chest, Medial Deltoids, Arms.
Bare in mind that this inst trying to be a complete body building program, but a program that takes advantage of training fewer muscles for a specific goal, for a short amount of time…

When I saw the title I was guessing you were a teenager so you surprised me but not in a good way.
Could you explain the event you have that focuses on arm size?
if you HAVE to have a serious answer, look at TC experiment called “nothing but arms” where he trained nothing but arms 3 times a week + 1 deadlift session to maintain overall size and strength.
