I’m starting to get back into being athletic again and was going to do a 2 day template. On 2 other days I was going to do body weight and cardio stuff. Want to know Jim, what you think. Thanks

Squat 5/3/1
Front squat 5x10
SLDL 5x10
Tues:
Jumps, Lunges, sled work, 20min run
Thur:
Bench 5/3/1 superset with Band Pull aparts
Press 5x10 superset with face pulls
BB Rows 5x10
Fri:
Jumps with 20lb vest, push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and sprints
Week 2
Mon:
DL 5/3/1
Front squat 5x10
Good mornings 5x10
Tues:
Jumps, Lunges, sled work, 20min run
Thur:
Press 5/3/1 superset with Band Pull aparts
Incline Bench Press 5x10 superset with face pulls
BB Rows 5x10
Fri:
Jumps with 20lb vest, push-ups, pull-ups, dips, and sprints
