1st Time, Starting Tomorrow(8/21)

Today is the 1st day of week 4. Weight is down 2.8 for the 3rd week, which is 9.2 lbs from day 1. Definitely will continue “dieting” until I lose enough body fat to uncover abs. The motivation is there and the v diet provided the momentum.

Today is the end of 28 days, just want to button up this log. Total weight loss was 10 lbs, ending at 167.6. Inches lost off waist was -2.5 inches.

Awesome! What’s next? How do you plan to keep it off and lose more (if needed)?

I started a daily eating journal. I’m just going to track protein and calories. If I get near body weight in protein and around the daily amount of calories I choose, I figure it’s simpler to just let the carb and fat content fall into place. Now I just can see what happens at different calorie levels.

I would guess I have 10 more lbs to realistically lose, in order to be pretty lean. The 10 I lost already, people have noticed and commented on.

For the next 6 weeks, my workouts will be 2 total body sessions with basic dumbbell and barbell exercises, and 2-3 cardio sessions. Then bump that up to 3 weight workouts, maybe a push/push/full body or upper/lower/full body. I guess it doesn’t really matter , as long as I’m consistent and really push the intensity.
