This is a video of photos of me winning the UKBFF NI Classic Class in 2009
Not quite sure what you were wanting out of this thread, but congratulations on your accomplishment man, excellent conditioning. Have you brought up your back in the past 4 years? That jumped out to me as needing the most improvement

Thanks for your comments I was very happy to win the comp that day as my family and friends were there normally I compete in the Natural shows in England which is to far away for anyone I know to go and see me so it was nice to win a show in Belfast.I know in the grand scheme of things I am not a great bodybuilder but I love traning and competing I was 40 years old at that comp I am 44 now I am competing in 4 weeks again. I know my back is not that great I decided to start deadlifting in the gym at the end of 2010 I had always avoided these due to lower back problems but infact after a while they helped my back pain I then decided to enter deadlift competions in 2011 and I have been the Irish Drug Free powerlifting Champion in my weigth and age class this last 3 years I have also won the NIPF DEADLIFT title this last 2 years my best comp lift is 175kg @ 78kg in oct last year but I managed to lift 182.5kg - 402lbs in the gym in March this year which I was happy about I know this is not great compared to some but as 44 year old life time natural I am very pleased allow I do hope to lift abit more yet. I am not to sure if my back has improved since 2009 or not. Here is a photo of my back taken at my last comp last year.
