yodaddy,
Looking good Bro! You were in good hands with the dudes here. They should be proud; as you should be also.

Don’t mind at all. What an honor, Thank you!
You have a huge, wide chest. Looking good coming into the final stretch here.

Thanks doublelung84. I really appreciate the support and knowledge I’ve acquired from here.
I’m on vacation this week so doing the best I can to stay on course. Just got home from the Houston Livestock show and Rodeo and I got through it without slipping. The temptation was hard. All the burgers, hot dogs, bbq, etc, etc…it was not easy but I made it. Halfway through the week and so far so good. Btw, I just started on Indigo-3G last week so hopefully that gives me a little extra help.
AWESOME STUFF – great insight on this page btw. i lurk on these prep pages but rarely chime in.
On the Meadow’s page I’m keeping a running log/insights page under leg leanness for my girl. I will be sharing this prep thread w/ her – at 4 wks out her mind is really messing w/ her, she feels over dieted, too small, etc.
it’s bodybuilding, being the biggest is great if you’re also the most conditioned – but big and out of shape for the stage is another thing. posing + good structure + leanness + doing damage day of show, OP cheers, hope you kick ass!

Thanks Lonnie. Hopefully I can keep some size going after these last 7 weeks.

Thanks man. It really is starting to get to me. But I’m just going to follow the advice I keep hearing and keep working on getting leaner. I’m just trying to do it as slow as possible. I’ll really kick it in gear at 4 weeks out. I hope to not have lost too much more size by then. Good luck to her.
Just scimmed through this thread. Awesome transformation dude.
It’s always mind blowing seeing pics side by side like that. One prep, someone posted a shot from my previous year’s prep next to my current one. Suffice to say, I wouldn’t have even noticed the progress I had made in a year’s time otherwise.
Take home point, is to trust other people’s eyes, especially as you get closer to game day.
Looking good brother.

Looking solid dude.
Losing the fat gives you a much better v taper.

Like I posted on pwolves thread, I love the illusion of bodybuilding. You’ve lost weight but look bigger, in my opinion, that means you are doing it right.

The anatomy chart has spoken! I can’t add to that.
Nice work…really.

Thanks for doing that pwolves. It really is an eye-opener seeing it side by side.

It totally is an illusion. I feel smaller and look bigger…but the way I look is what matters at the end of the day. Thanks for the support Tim.
