Ive got a question, can the height of the handle bars affect the user negatively? eg, back soreness or instability when pushing. I dont have access to a prowler, so i thought of going McGyver on it and pushing a tyre around with weights in it. Havent tried it yet, but the biggest one i can i find has a height of roughly below my knees, which is about 12inches maybe? thanks!
Lower bars are harder to push. Other than that I donāt think it makes a difference. The prowler really doesnāt make me sore (maybe because there is no negative?) afterwards so I donāt think youāll have a problem.

Push it. I really donāt think you need to put too much thought into this. If you really want to get smart, you could figure out roughly what the duration of most strongman events are (say 90 seconds) and go for distance over that time period.

2. Fartleks. Go on a 400m track, warm up and then sprint one lap as fast as you possibly can. Then rest by walking half a lap. Repeat this rotation as long as you can. Thatās just one variation as you can vary the distances and rest times but I never like to run less than 400m all out. These are NOT interval sprints. They are much tougher.

Dude, 400m sprints are hell on earth. Iām convinced that this is the most difficult olympic sprint. Anything shorter is a full on sprint, anything longer is a pace. 400m is the fine line between sprint and pace. Absolutely brutal.
