1st day ABBH howd I do?

Today was my first day on ABBH. Does it sound like i did the right stuff?

Day 1 called for 10 chest, 10 back @ 80% of 1 rep max for 3 reps.

so heres what I did.

-set of DB bench press with 100lbs
-rest 60 sec
-set of bent over rows with 185lbs
-rest 60 sec
-set of DB bench press with 100lbs
-rest 60 sec
-set of bent over rows with 185lbs
-repeat for a total of 10 sets chest and back.

Do I have the right idea?

Very different then the 6 week meltdown cycle I just finished!!
