1A Program or "As Strong as You Look"?

Hi!
I’m curious what the differences between these two programs are. Has anyone done both and can give a slight inside in the structure?

Strong has you look has more hypertrophy work. It’s more of a powerbuilding plan, the 1A plan is pretty much a pure max strength plan.

Volume is much lower in the 1A plan too.
