How to drop back to normal T range

Sorry this has been my third post in a short amount of time, but I’m blind here and need advice. I was on TRT and my ranges were around 15 in the scale provided here, 9-27. I blasted for some time and this is my current Testosterone Levels (Free). [image] My question is how do I drop back down to those normal levels and start taking proper TRT again? I took 500mg a week for around 4 weeks two months ago, and have been taking around 250mg since then, all UGL stuff. Im guessing I stop all UG…

I want to get back to normal T levels so that I can go back to my professor like nothing happened, if he tests my blood. Also surprisingly I dont feel a slight difference now to when my T was like 13 on that scale lol…
