Hi everyone, I am a new member here, i’m here to introduce myself, and give to know a bit of my story.
I’m from portugal, i have 19 years, 1,75 meters and 68 kilograms.
I started to train when i was 17 years with 62Kg, since then i wasted so much time learning by myself, how my body works, doing exercices and perfecting them.
At 18, i can say i started to train correctly, and after that, i saw some good results.
I always trained in home.
Little by little whenever i get some money, I was making up my own gym on my attic.
I train every day of week, i only get rested on sunday.
If i felt very tired 1 day during the week i rest that day.
My objective? Grow. . the maximum as possible.
Where i need to work harder? in the kitchen :P. .I need to put my attention in my nutrition.
I know that i will learn what i need here with more skilled people than me.
Sorry if my english is not so good, I make the best effort to express myself the most correct possible.

This.
Definitely looks good for only being 68kg, though.

Lifting six days a week could actually limit the amount of weight you can gain. Muscle is built by recovery, not by lifting. If you want to gain weight stick to big movements like front squat, military press, bench press, pull-ups, and snatch grip high pulls. And of course, there are never too many dead lifts. But to do these every day would put extreme stress on your joints. Do mobility work every morning, but only lift 4 or 5 times a week if you want to stay as healthy as possible and still make maximal gains. And always, eat more. Six packs are great, but honestly 10% bodyfat to 12% is where you should be if you we really want to pack on some meat.
