It’s time to start my thread, quick description I’m 19 years old I’ve been trained for about 3 and a half years, I currently weigh 190 pounds / I’m 175 cm /

DL 360 libras x1
Bench Press 266 libras x2
Squat 290 x5

I have to improve my Squat and DL a lot.

October 1 / Sunday Morning Training

  • Squat 120 x6x3
  • Foot calf elevations 6x10-15 (until the failure each series)

today is practically a day of rest tomorrow I’m going to try how many repetitions I can do with 300 pounds in Squat, that’s all for today

Whats the base plan you are using for progression?

I was using a specialization in legs, where the workouts were heavy, tomorrow is the test in Squat, my Squat I still consider to be weak and I want to achieve greater leg development, tomorrow I will publish the training and from there I will use a new planning, tomorrow I update

October 2nd / 2023

Yesterday I forgot to publish, in the end the test shines with the 300 pounds after 10 weeks of training at low repetitions. I warmed up as usual, some quadriceps extensions and femoral curl no effective weights only repetitions to warm the knee

And from there I began to approximate /

Squat 120x2x5 230x2x2 280x1 340 just hold the bar 5 seconds after placing the bar make two jumps in high box and wait 1 min and then
