1800+ Raw Total And 800+ Deadlift Drug Free 181 Class

Had to have a trainer at the gym give me a lift off on my top double on bench 365. Second rep he got close with his hands and I told he I had it letting all my air out then I missed the lift. That one pissed me off a bit cause it was there. My best ever double is 370 so I’m closing in.

You dont seem to have a lot of luck with good spotters in your gym. LOL

I think it’s just the heavier the weight the more nervous they are. Had one kid tell me he didn’t feel comfortable side spotting my 560 squat double. I just snagged another person.

Thanks. I have been feeling pretty strong. My lower back is a bit shot right now but once it’s good, might see some good numbers starting to pop up again.

At a new gym now. The benches are a bit high for comp standards but they are getting comp benches. Managed 345x4 after a set of highbar squats today at 450x8. Then hit the 135lb dumbbells ( go up to 150 now) for a set of 9.89 reps

Didn’t hit the gym long today. I was drinking my preworkout while moving a main support in my house. That was pretty rough. 410x13 highbar squat and wanted to feel out sumo. It was moving like air for some reason. Called it at 645 but man or moved fast.

706 moving pretty good but I will not be pushing sumo too fast coming back. Felt much smoother and I am going to continue to push my conventional and snatch grip conventional deadlift. I do have to play it a bit safer on my top singles. I went for a 406 bench and missed it, felt a small pop at the bottom and some pain the next few days but no bruising. 395 would’ve definitely been there. Also a pic cause I looked big as fuck in the gym mirror.

Possibly gonna do the atillis gym in nj pound for pound deadlift on Saturday. Feel it out, I do think I can win it still but I will not go hard enough to reaggravate my groin. It’s been doing good lately.

Yea. I had a buddy so some deep tissue work and didn’t seem to be a lot of damage. Taking it easy coming back.

Pulled at atilis deadlift comp. 595,705,738,749 all moved great. Probably had 771 in me. Couple guys posted the 738 on ig and I added it to my story. Ares may post the 749 pull

I’m fairly certain I did. Think the second heaviest pull was like 625 ish. And didn’t see and 150er pulling 600.
