I already bought it lol. Wanted opinions so I’d now if it was close. The bench I am currently using is like 22" high and 10" wide. Can’t get further from comp dimensions. But it was free at the time and I wasn’t looking to lift at home years ago.

36 hours before my squat sessionYesterday I worked about 19 of those hours and another 4.5 more worth of driving. Really thought my squat would suck and it felt hard as shit. Managed 490x8 after two triples. Fairly happy with the set considering how shitty everything was. Bodyweight is only 193 cause places were closed before I got out of work to eat. Good news is I think I am getting the sciatic nerve pain under control. Will add a video later. My best ever set at 500 is 6 and I’m hoping to possibly hit it for 8 soon. That should mean I could hit 600-610 peaked in my opinion. Last time my squat was around 500x6 I smoked a 570 single and a few days later a harder 575.

Let’s me play catch up while some of the top lifts are stuck. Granted I think any top athlete might have everything to train. It did make me realize I should squat with a stiffer bar to get used to it. The gym one has flex and seems to help bounce out of the hole.

A bit mad. I pulled a nice pr set the other day and hurt my leg doing light squats. Pulled 655x8 almost 9 then hurt the teardrop on my right leg squatting 3 sets of 8 at 405. Swelled up a day or two later. Now just slight yellowish as far as bruising. Going to squat light later today but was supposed to hit 490 for max reps again. If it weren’t for this I think it would’ve went quite well. I’ll post the deadlift clip when I can. Also works been pretty rough with everything going on.

Squatted 155 last night and wasn’t comfortable so stopped. Pulled a few reps at 155 then did a few at 265 conventional. Waking up today it feels better but needs a few more days to heal. Hoping I’ll be able to squat heavy next week. Not sure how it would effect my pull but going to take that easy. At most I’ll pull a single at 660 this week. But I also thought I would be able to squat 400 comfortably last night until I started

Been a few days since hurting my leg. Deadlift doesn’t seem to be effected much at all. Squat is slowly coming back. Worked up to 342 and 352 each for 2 sets of 8 after my pulls today. I’m holding back on max reps on deadlift for two weeks or so still. today I pulled 4s at 595, 620, 640 and 660 with no problem and could’ve pulled another 3-4 reps with the 660 so I’m very happy about that. Will be upping the squat to 385-405 for a few sets of 8 I think this Friday. Might add a video of the pulls later.

Pulled a triple at 595 then 635 then hit a good set of 665x7 just missing an 8th but also had a crappy 4th rep in there. Had the potential to be an awesome set. Deadlift is still coming along. Squatted 3 sets of 8 385, 397,407 without any pain and didn’t feel too bad.

Thanks. I’m healing up pretty good. Actually just squatted 440x13 today so I’m pretty happy with that. Looks like peaked, deadlift is going to be close to 800 and squat close to 600. Going off recent rep maxes.

Just occurred to me that much of the squat work u do is rep work. Am I not paying attention or is this what you’ve found works well or is in some way bestest?

Trying something new the last few months. Plus I’m also trying to fill out the 198 class so I’d rather not add too much fat.
