Should note I have cut out preworkouts right now and drink a coffee or 1/3-1/2 of an energy drink. Hoping for a decent boost for meet day. Also helps me sleep better when I don’t take it.

Final heavy pull today 725x2 after a single at 675 that moved great. Would have liked 725x3 but after the second rep the thumb pain got in my head a bit. Normally I can block it out pretty good.

Had to toss out empty 55 gallon drums at work yesterday. Big pain, loaded the dumpster as much as I could before closing the door and having to throw them over the top. At 8’ it was not too easy. Drums weigh about 40lbs and awkward shape. Back was a bit sore today.

Slowing my lifting down sucks. All I want to do is kill it and I can’t. Hit some paused close grip bench up to 340x1, high bar Squat up to 485x1, and a few sets of pull ups. Really itching to make the push to 800+ on deadlift for around June of next year.

Hit high bar squats today up to a single at 490 that moved well then a 405x8 set with rep or two left. Tomorrow will be up to about 475 high bar as fast as I can push it and a little back. I may go in for light back Thursday or may not lift til the meet.

Hit the final high bar Squat single at 475 nothing crazy. Some rows and called it a day. For the comp I’m thinking along the lines of squat 515,570,580 if it’s there. The 570 over the weekend was done under the worst conditions was out till 2am got up at 8 drove 1.5 hours to lift weighed in light and high bared the day before. So I feel it will move smoother at the meet. Bench about 340,360,375 depending on press command. And deadlift 650,700, 750. More than likely if I feel there’s a 70%+ chance I can hit 750 I’ll be calling for that for my third cause it always feels heavy but it always moves. And I wrote all that just to say I’ll be taking the closest kilo conversions cause I forgot they use kilo plates.

Just finished the comp going 8/9 passing on my third squat and hitting a huge total will fill in the rest when I get home

Totaled 1692 at 188.7 weighing in 2 hours before because it’s Far drive. Squatted 567 but looking at the video I had a bit more. Benched 374 which was a perfect call and pulled 749 with maybe a small bit of room in there as well. Very happy with the meet took best lifter as well as hit that 500 wilks I wanted (503). Next up is the 181 us tested wrapped record total 1736 and tested 181 deadlift 766. Big things coming. I will post a video soon.

Thanks. I was actually rushed on the squat opener. Thought I was third up turned out to be next. Looking at the video the deadlift opener looked ridiculously fast. Could have probably opened at 700. I couldn’t be happier with the results.

Kept it light today felt great to finally be able to hit what I want now. Some high bar squats, football bar bench, light cable rows and dB press

Thanks dude not sure if I’d be able to make it but would have to see how my work schedule and stuff goes. Never gone further then this meet. Only 85 miles ha ha
