Felt kind of shitty today, worked like crazy this week and didn’t drink really any water yesterday. Still hit a high bar pr squat, though I should really be focusing on low bar right now. Did some bench head just wasnt in it. Just a bad day.

High bar squats
135x8, 225x8, 315x3, 405x2, 475x2, 495x1

Going to start to taper off the accessories and volume. About 3 weeks out, hit squats today up to a heavy single that moved good. Did some speed Deadlifts And called it a day. I think the week of high bar made my low bar feel a bit better. Will still have to see how the wraps go some days they feel good done days not and have yet to really get anything out of them.

Deadlift
135x6, 245x6, 335x3, 445x2, 535x1, 605 for 6 singles about 40 seconds between each. Finger was bleeding all over the place. This was from the cut at work normally my thumb wouldn’t bleed from there. Didn’t effect my 605 pulls but not sure how 700+ Would go hopefully it’s healed up in time since I don’t have to Deadlift for another 5 days.

Only hit paused bench and slingshot today. Important sets were 340x1, 370x1, 380x1 slingshot 405x1, 425x1, 425x1. About 3 weeks out.

Hit high bar squats today and some machine rows. Starting to get the bounce on high bar and weight moved even better today.

Did some high bar squats still moving great. Up to a triple 10 lbs off my max single. Some comp paused bench and some machine rows. Finished with close grip paused bench

Ha ha it starts to get annoying. I think I’ve ripped about 5 in the last year. Usually from low bar squatting. I think tonight was cause the Deadlifts got me sweating pretty good before the squats and normally now when I squat I wear under armor. Today I didn’t feel like wearing them cause I’ve never ripped a pair high baring. Lesson learned.

I think I’ve lost 3 pairs to squatting and another to KB swings. The first time it happened I was concerned I had ripped my shorts too and was showing everyone my ass.

I think the same thing every time. And it’s always with 405+ on the bar so it throws off my focus

Hit high bar squats again, some barbell rows and bench. I feel if I don’t keep up with the bench it will go down. Cutting out accessories too early is not good. Squat and deadlift are solid though. Pr on high bar had 505 in me.

Wanted to high bar 455x6-7 today. Didn’t quite have it in me. Ended up with 5. Hit some pull ups and called it a day
