Pulled a single at 684 rpe5.5 with my legs pretty sore. Everything feels like it’s coming together. Shoulder has been feeling good on bench.

Took my last heavy pull on Wed at 746 at rpe8.5 but felt my right foot pointed out a bit too fast and felt it in my groin. Seems like it’s ok. Took my last heavy squat today at 581 rpe9 but looked like it moved pretty good. My barbell tracker died in that set. Followed it with a few dead singles up to 661. Possibly not my last heavy bench but my heaviest of my bench tomorrow.

Competed in the fight or quit classic 3 today. Took best lifter, with it coming down to the final pull as I was losing by 0.5 dots points going into third deadlift attempts. Weighed in light 87.8kg 193.5 from the travel and nerves. (This ended up working in my favor, the lifter that gave me the most competition weighed in 0.7 kg lighter) Squatted 275-606/ benched 170-374.78/ and pulled 350-771 for the win. Attempts were
squat - 557,589, 606
Bench - 353, 364, 375
Deadlift - 705, 744, 771
Total 1752.65 raw at 193.5
Left a little in the tank on each lift but have never been pushed this hard for a win. Forced him to go for 777 of I pulled my 771 and had a feeling he didn’t have it in the tank. If I was winning on the second I would’ve like to go 777-782 third.

Yea haha. I really didn’t know how id do and was really thinking about hanging out up after this Comp. Doing so well made me want more. Especially cause I did it at such a low bodyweight. I could go 208 and compete 198 no problem. I could do some serious damage with the higher bodyweight.

Hit some squat and deadlift for the first time since the meet. Man feels like shit. 441 for 4x4 on squat and 596 for a 3x3 on deadlift. Adductor was hurting on leg press so couldn’t do that.

Not sore just form feels off and it all feels so much heavier. I know it’s normal but it was rough

Possibly considering the drug tested American pro next year. Sold out this year for Oct. But should give me a lot of time to prep. Maybe something like 650/396/815 by then if I can keep the injuries away. going to try to gain some weight to walk around closer to about 202-204. I believe I have everything figured out aside from the adductor. But sciatic nerve pain and knee pain feels like I figured it out. May need to keep up with it but it has not given me problems in over a month I believe.

Been a while. Only real update is in doing a good amount of volume. Bench has not felt the best but squat has felt really good and deadlift not bad. I am going to ask candito to be sure but I want to go up to 202-205 walk around weight to compete at 198 again. Weight cut will be no problem as I was walking around at 198-199 prior to my last meet and ended up 193.5 on the scale without any intentional cut.

And just read my last post and said the same thing. At least bodyweight is sitting over 200 now. About 201.5.

Hit triples this week at rpe9 for the most part. They were supposed to be 9.5.
Bench 326, deadlift 706, and squat 566

Thanks guys. I had a long bullshit work day leading to that. It moved much better than I thought it would. Also have been pulling with straps so hookgrip was not feeling good. Had the straps there incase the bar was jarring out of my hands between reps.

Minor set back. Paused squat went well. Skipped over goodmornings for fear of hurting myself cause they didn’t feel good. Back popped on single leg press repping a weight I was going to hit about 17 reps with.
