Rolling into the next 8 ish weeks of the program. Hoping squat continues to improve. Did some Sldl with my kabuki bar and at 2 reds it started bending. Really wanna see how it bends at 750+. Thinking if all goes well 620/390/782+ next max day, but we’ll see how the weeks go.
Had kind of a preset set on squat 501x8 which ties my best ever set. Got up at 4 am to drop my gf at the airport but when I got home her flight was canceled so turned around at my home exit to get her. 3 hours of driving and up early not to mention had to lift a little earlier than I normally like. Still managed 501x8 with 1 in the tank. Squat just seems to be on a roll. Really wonder what kind of weight I can add to it in 6 more months. Pulled a beltless single at 685 rpe 8 too without getting really hyped for the set.
Had my roughest squat day of this 8 week cycle. Top single at 575 and first back off at 545x4 then a 4x4 at 478. Lower back felt terrible the whole time. At 345 warming it felt like I would struggle to even hit 500 for 1. Deadlift after fell off big time.

Hung upside down for a little today and it definitely helped.
Pulling 680-685 for 4 today and have a 590 squat single during volume phase this weekend.
Head was killing me since Thursday night, chills trying to sleep and couldn’t eat much. Pushed my heavy squat back a day. After my final warm up at 545 I was really doubting being able to even hit the top single 590. Somehow managed to grind it. Barbell tracker read 3.37 seconds to complete the rep. For reverence my top single 608 peaked feeling good was completed in 2.04 seconds. Bodyweight was down to 194 but trying to force food and water now.
Backs been feeling shitty most of the last volume phase. We might be switching things up a bit next time around. Peaking for a squat single and set of 5 on deadlift soon. In a somewhat related note I got my target buck at 11 yards with a bow the other day. Scored 138" now I can put most of my focus to lifting again.
Well unfortunately I missed my top squat. Think it’s just a combo of my lower bank really bothering me the last few weeks and the cold I had for a week and a half. Bodyweight was way low at 191. Did pull 685x5 after playing it safe and had a little bit in the tank so at least deadlift went fairly well.

Yea. Just this last volume phase and peak had a combo of me sick and my back killing me and missed the top squat and played the pull a bit easy. Hitting a top set on bench today but I’m back to lighter weights for now to build up again.

I’m all setup to compete in May. Eyes on something big there if I go 9 for 9. Been about 5 years since my best total 1692.
Gonna be in Florida lifting at iron core gym most likely the few days im there.

Squatted a triple today at 540 at rpe7.5 leaning towards 7
Squats been moving along nicely. And lower back is much better
Followed it with a deadlift single at 735 rpe8

Pulled a fast 2x2 at 668 tonight. Scheduled for a big single this weekend after squat. Should look something like squat 560x3 rpe9 and 775 deadlift single.
Squat was 561 1x3 rpe9 and deadlift single at 775 both moved nicely. Deadlift was heavy but smooth all the was through
Both lifts up on ig. Haven’t posted any here cause it was giving me problems a while back. Not sure if it’s still that way
Took 2x5 at 466 low hype on squat today while being a little sore and moved rpe5 average. Squat just feels like it’s getting stronger and stronger. Deadlift doing well. Just need to get bench moving.
