Had paused squat today. Woke up at like 1 am with lower back pain. I messed it up like Saturday night throwing stuff away twisting and bending down. Had an ice pack on my back for an hour. Woke up and it felt not great but not nearly as bad. Was hoping to hit 480 as a top set them somewhere in the 460-465 range if that when the back pain came. Ended up hitting 482 x5 rpe8.5. Squat seems to be the lift making the most improvement so far. I’m happy cause that’s where a big total comes from. Squat and deadlift. Bodyweight is slightly down at 195, working to get it back up.
Interpretation:
“Yeah me body is fucked in every location”.
Proceeds to squat more than expected.

Im almost out of the volume phase about 1.5 weeks left. Just wish deadlift would get on track but it’s not uncommon for my deadlift to suffer while squat goes great then when I drop squat volume deadlift shoots back up.
Almost done volume. One more week. Hit a squat top single at 565 that moved pretty good. A back down at 535x4 and a 4x4 at 474. Then deadlifted.
Got a squat single Friday at rpe 9. Might be in the 580-587 range of things feel as good as last Friday. Squat getting exciting.
Took a single at 585 on squat. Was aiming for rpe9 and think I could’ve done it but shifted out of the hole a little and think that was the difference been being rpe9 and rpe9.5
Smoked a 568 single on squat without really getting hyped. Then hit 557 x3 rpe 9 hyped up. Pulled 728 at rpe 9.5 after the squats. Over 600 is definitely coming on squat and might be more than 606
620-630 IMO. Good work.
Candito mentioned taking squat well over 600 in the medium future. Anything over 620 would be awesome.

Just hit my maxes. Bodyweight 195.5 deadlift was ok but we’re switching up things on that to keep me more primed for heavy weight. But 608 squat single with 5-7 lbs in the tank and 755 deadlift single that moved quick but felt heavy.
Saw the squat on IG. Moved really nice. Definitely more in the tank.
My kabuki deadlift bar just came so I’m gonna start pulling on It soon. It’s ridiculously long. Can definitely see there being a lot of slack to pull out before the weight comes off the floor.
