Incoming 750 deadlift triple on ig tomorrow. 10 lb pr for me. Second rep whip caught me a bit but didn’t pull me down just rocked me a hair at the top. Really thinking about a deadlift only meet to rip something memorable.

Paused singles on bench at 314, 350 twice cause first didn’t record and 379.
Unfortunately I have a slight tear in my abductor. Happened during a plated row Thursday and thought I pinched my leg in the machine until I was rolling out that night. About a 2" circular bruise. It was sore to the touch that day but not much pain from it at all now. Going to take it easy (as I squatted 465x6 today) but going to try to take it easy ish for the next week. Hit 2 bench days per squat / deadlift day. Depending how things heal up and feel with some time, I’ll have an idea when my next big deadlift or squat will be. Just sucks it had to happen on an accessory. Really wanted to pull 771-777 for a double and possibly go for 804 same day
Hit 5 lb lifetime pr paused bench single. Singles went 309, 343, 370, and 392. This puts my recent lifts at 573 squat at about second attempt speed, 392 bench at a third attempt speed and 750 deadlift triple at like 10-20 lbs under second attempt speed. 1715 counting the deadlift triple as the max. 595/391/804 I see doable on a great day. Would love to be able to put those numbers together in a meet.
Benched again. Top single at 383 tng then slingshot at about 409 and about 431
It’s really hard for me not to push the lifts. Squat seems unaffected by the slight tear in my abductor. Might not even be a tear. Bruise is now gone. I squatted a top set at 486x8 with 1 maybe 2 in the tank. Deadlift I took way lighter cause that’s the one I’m more worried about. Took warm ups slow doing sets of 5 with 55 lb jumps up to 486 without any pain. Gonna take that as a win for now.
Missed a 403 bench single today but I really knew on the 376 double before that I should’ve called it there.
Really hard to dial it back. Just squatted an 11lb 4 rep pr. 552x4 at 195
Benched 350x4 tng and 372 for a paused single. Got some small aches and pains but I feel like I’m at my strongest ever. I do think in a few more weeks a 771-777 double on deadlift will fall and possibly 804 single. My gym will have comp benches soon so I can do a few mock meets in the gym. I have just been benching at home for now.
Hit a 563 squat double a few days ago with the 85 lbs in weight releasers. Felt pretty good I think they will be one of the things to push my squat into the 600s. Took 495 for a beltless triple today and it moved good. All the sets felt light, 495 felt mildly heavy since it was beltless. Thinking I could go for a heavy single at 590+ really any time in the next week or two. If I feel good on a squat day I might just load it.
My best squat single is 580. Just hit 581 today for a double and wasn’t as bad as I thought it would be…drops mic…walks out.

Worked up to a double at 343 and 376 on bench. And double on slingshot at 403.
Also hit the 145lb dumbbells for 7 not great but not bad. Started adding dips in. As long as I’m not hiring them cold my shoulders are ok.
Lower back was a bit shity so benched again up to a double at 365 and a slingshot double at 395 and single at 425. Feeling like my next comp that goes well should be in the 1700s with second attempts.
Gonna start having Candito do my programming. I want 1,800-1,900 at 198 with a deadlift that beats Jesse Norris.
As of now my best lifts are squat 581x2, paused bench 392 and deadlift 794.4.
As I reread my last post it feels like I’ll never be satisfied. But that’s pretty much how I got where I am so far. But a fast 376 bench single today. I was gonna go higher but decided against it cause i felt some pain in my elbow coming down. Without that I think a pr tng double was possible today. Did hit db press with 120s x8, 135s x8 and 150s x6. DB press is up on my ig along with a 670x5 deadlift that moved good. Possibly pulling a pr set of 5 next week if I feel good. That’ll be 701 or more.
Body feels a bit beat up. Got the new inzer knee sleeves and wanted to test them out. Hit 541x4 on squat in a day I did not feel my strongest. They definitely help. The bottom portion of the sleeve doesn’t contact my calf well and feels like it allows air flow keeping my knee from getting warm. I bought a large cause I was afraid of not being able to get them off. Was gonna call it a day there but figured I’d pull to a mid 600 but they were absolutely flying. Said fuck it and pulled a 5 rep pr at 710.5lbs and moved well enough I could’ve hit it with 10-15 more lbs on there. Positioning just felt great. Unfortunately I did tear not so much a callous as just skin on the webbing of my right hand, regripping for the final rep. New platform bounces a bit and jars my hookgrip free over time.
