missed a couple days at the gym. Yesterday hit triples on squat at 415,445,475,505 then pulled a double conventional with 545. Today benched 343x6 which is a pr for me and was hard enough to get me shaking on that last rep

Benched 357x4 (3 ish lb pr) and a paused single at 388 for another 3 lb pr. Bodyweight is down to from being busy earlier in the week. Only 194. Working on getting back to 199 area now.

Felt shity today but wanted to pull a triple at 705. Mentally 705+ kills me cause I know it’s gonna be hard so I need to break that. Worked up with triples at 585, 635, 685 and a double at 735. I didn’t have enough kilo plates so it was 485 in kilos and then an ass load of 25s so technically it would be harder off the floor. Camera cut out on the top double but managed to squeeze in both reps and cut on the way down haha

That is a VERY big set. I thought my 340lb for 20 was good.

That 340x20 isn’t far off. Think I did 375 for 18 or something a while back them reps catch up to you fast halfway through.

Bench going good but again my pec wasn’t very happy. Gonna drop the weight back the next week or two. 376 paused double and 399 for a tng single.

Playing with fire. Benched a pr tng triple at 370 today. Feels like my lat/armpit is getting a bit strained on heavy weight

Squatted a max rep set with 442 for 12. Managed almost a double with 750 on deadlift after. I’m hoping my gym will get comp spec benches soon so I can do a few rpe 8 ish mock meets and see where things land. The 750 moved well u just didn’t rechalk before the top set and was thinking about the right hand more than the lift and came forward on the second rep.

Squatted a top double at 535 plus 85 lbs in weight releasers. Walk out with them things gets pretty stretchy. Gotta be real slow and smooth. Then pulled a double at 684 and half assed double at 730. I squatted with the weight releasers yesterday up to 515 plus the 85 then hit the weight for a triple so in reality I wasn’t fresh today but felt ok. Incase any doesn’t know what weight releasers are they hook to the outside of the plates and at the bottom of the first rep drop away. First rep of the 535 was about 620 to the hole then 535 for the rest of the set.

High bar squatted 425x6 them snatch grip conventional deadlift 455x10 that’s a 2 rep pr with that weight. Will be pushing them heavier the next few weeks. Feeling pretty good overall. Getting some work done on my shoulder / pec area today.

Squatted a single at 552 then dropped to 502.5 thinking it was 510 and hit 6

Squatted 2 days ago highbar 416x10

Yesterday Benched sets of 5 up to 305x6 on the top set. (Taking it back easy after the graston work)

And today squatted up to 513x5 and snatch grip deadlift to 455x5. Probably had 500x5 but again taking it easy ish on the shoulder pec area.

Squatted with the weight releasers up to 552x2 so about 637 to the hole on the first rep for that top set. Almost felt like I could’ve hit a third rep. Then pulled a fast triple at 706 thinking it was 711 ish. had a bunch of change in the bar cause someone else was using a few reds. The gym is building a powerlifting section so they’ll have a lot more calibrated plates soon. And I’ll be benching in the gym again. Looking forward to being able to do some mock meets in prep
