Pulled 545 conventional for 8 after a squat set to 505x4. Even fresh that’s an 18 lb pr for a set of 8. Overall feeling good.
794 about 1 hour out.
And just pulled 794 unofficially 23 lbs over the #2 198 drug tested deadlift in the world. Didn’t add a link cause ig links haven’t been working for me on here for some reason

Just benched 364.5 for a triple today and a single at 393. Closing in on a lifetime pr single (400). The triple was a 4.5 lb pr and moved really good.
Squat is coming back now. Worked up to 530 for a triple not too bad. Deadlift felt like trash today only pulled a double at 596. Need to just remember to keep rolling my hamstrings out. Gonna see how the next few months go and maybe look for another meet.
Pec was not that happy with me but benched 381 for a double today. That’s another 5.5lb pr since my 375.5 double last month. Gonna dial it back a notch for a week or two now. Feels like I could conservatively go over 1700 at my next meet if everything keeps going how it is. 584/386/777 would feel like an rpe 9-9.5. Bench and deadlift are there, squat seems to be moving right along towards it.

407 is about 185 which is another way of saying bloody heavy !! LOL
Everything seems to be moving well. Thinking it’s cause I had a coach for about 1.5 years and mostly did volume and put on about 10 lbs of muscle. I was not at all used to working with heavy heavy weight. The transition initially caused some pains. Now that I got them under control heavier weights are just moving
Squatted 541 for triple yesterday. Felt heavy walking out and it’ll take some time to get adjusted but squats going better than I thought it would coming back
Took 563 for a double in squat today. It’s coming back. In the hole is shakier than normal, I’m gonna try not too push it too fast too soon. I’m definitely rusty on heavier squat.

Worked up to 519x4 on squat that felt a bit rough then 662x5 on deadlift that felt like I had 1 maybe 2 in the tank. Gonna start to get used to heavy squat and deadlift in the same day.
On a side note I heard Dan Grigs just pulled 1,026 today
