18 Yrs Old, 145 Pounds. First Cycle, Deca + Test E. Am I Missing Something?

Do you even read the bullshit you post? What do you think steroids are going to do his Endo system? But yet you act like Hcg is going to kill him. You are not a psychologist. You have no idea what the kid is thinking. The OP himself even stated he is re-thinking his cycle. Have you bothered to read the thread? The OP has been told before he is to young for AAS either in real life or other forums.

Funny how you get upset by being portrayed as being a cunt but yet come on here acting all dramatic like the world is ending because of Hcg. Also kind of ironic how you can afford Dr Gregs coaching at anywhere from $300-700 a month but cant afford Hcg. I really think you should get your E2 checked, you are acting like my wife about to have her period, just more bitchy. Anyone can be coached by Greg. Doesnt make you special just means you were foolish enough to keep paying him that long.

Have a good day

I was not harsh at all. lol I tried very hard to mind my manners. I just misspelled his name.

 An honest mistake! Seriously, why do people think they can come on here and self proclaim ‘expertise’ in their first posts. We’ve already learned self proclaimed credentials mean nothing on here. If you want to establish yourself @docchem then do so humbly by joining in meaningful conversation. After you’ve shown wisdom in several conversations respect will follow.

While I respect the research you may have done - I believe you are referring to KSMAN’s thread - these facts are just not concrete. I think the literature is either being overemphasized or misinterpreted. I have never experienced this feedback loop, and it was my first time hearing about this possibility on the forum. I know countless of other experienced AAS users who have used HCG post-cycle and their bloodwork has been ideal; I believe this needs to be reconsidered.

Did not realize you were running HCG along TRT that was my misunderstanding.

I definitely reread myself it’s a good skill . What do I think? Actually the cycle will most likely do nothing to his endocrine system (granted he runs a reasonable cycle and has PCT in order); he WILL very likely bounce back from it considering he’s 18 with a very capable body. You’re right i’m not a psychologist, I’m just using common sense judging by how other 18 year olds act on here - not rocket science. No I did not read the entire the thread, but I did see a glaring mistake in your information which was the reason why I posted. While I preach damage control, that was not my original intention, he will do what he wants at the end of the day.

Did I say anything about my financial situation? I can be well off and still recognize that HCG is an expensive product (around 150$ a vial in MTL). You are making unfounded assumptions here that are completely irrelevant to the thread. Don’t know you newbvet but you seem pretty upset that someone’s called out your misinformation; you feel the need to compare me to your occasionally bitchy wife - I feel more sorry that you have to deal with that. I mentioned Greg Doucette because his credentials and experience speaks for themselves, and he has invaluable experience and knowledge on this topic.

I did not self-proclaim expertise nor any credentials (I simply stated I trained with someone and the he’s not just an asshole I found on the internet), I passed on knowledge and in fact attached the source of this knowledge. I am so sorry if I called the misinformation posted on this thread dumb. Sheeeesh, i’ll dial it down next time.

I didnt really give any wrong information. No one here asked for a preacher, get off your soapbox. If I gave out totally bullshit info, I would hope someone here would call me out on it.

How do you know he has a capable body? I believe that is our job on this forum is to tell teenagers to wait, hold off, you arent ready. OR Not to go so hard on the first cycle. Of course there are going to be people who dont want to listen, those will be the same ones back here starting a Help My Dick doesnt Work Thread.

Do you think the more you keep mentioning Dr Gregs name, the more validation you will have? Enough with the dick riding. It is cute how it went from Greg the Coach to Greg the training partner.

At the end of the day, If the kid changed his original cycle to just Test or even postponed his cycle for a few years then WE have done a good thing. He is 18 and 145 lbs, no business using gear yet. Like I said, not really that interested in yours or Super Hero Dr Gregs opinions.

If you want to have more back and forth bullshit start a thread of your own. Done derailing this thread.

You did give wrong info.

Agreed

I mentioned him once in respect to the knowledge he provides. The rest of the times was just a reiteration of the reasons why I mentioned him, because you seem to have locked on to the fact that I have supposedly “made myself look special” or “gave myself credibility” (which was 100% not the intent) to give your weak arguments substance. Never said he was my training partner, ironic for someone that accuses me of failing to re-read.

Opinions, facts, and experience are the basis for this forum category - and we’ve already told you that he’s not a doctor.

Agreed.

Last reply, I promise.
You dont really watch the Docs videos, do you? If you did, you would see every video Doc, starts the video saying “I am not a Dr.” Now all of his youtube subs have designated him as a Dr., along with every other professional title that the Doc claims not to be.

Kinda looks like you say training partner.

i will do as you say bro , will get high calories and train more intense, thanks again.

I truly think that’s wise. I’m by no means anti AAS, I just truly think you’ll get the most out of them by waiting. Feel free to shoot me an email if you ever have questions. Time, dedication, food, and training. You WILL grow. You’re prime age to grow. I started at 24yo and seriously regret not starting way earlier.

yoo bro i need some help with diet + training do you have an instagram ? maybe you can help a brother out <3 (nohomo)

What’s you’re current goal? Personally I don’t believe in dirty bulks or suicide cuts (though this depends on body type)

You should optimally be hiring a dietician to help you out, however to simply pack on a bit of mass we can probs help you out.

I don’t have an IG, but my email is in my bio on here. What’s going on with your diet and training?

Maybe we can give him some advice without paying a dietitian at his age haha

Well… I’m not gonna comment on the age factor, and the fact that your body isnt developed fully yet, suit yourself, you will find out the hard way lol.

Just this though:

“chicken and eggs for protein
rice and oats for carbs”

Well, what a diverse and great meal plan xD

If your goal is to gain some muscle mass, like mine was back in the day, you should just start eating like a monster, especially on gear or else you’re gonna be dissapointed with the results.

Former “ectomorph” here.

Good basics listed above ^^^

I’d add in Avocado and maybe a little Peanut Butter for fats.

99% Fat Free turkey and London Broil for other protein sources.

Sweet potato / Yams for other carb source

I like white and brown rice, depending on time of day and my goals.

I keep veggies simple and just cook a shit ton of broccoli every Sunday for the week.

@aaronca - I’m currently trying to learn more about carb types and proper timing during the day and in relation to my workouts/goals.

Would you mind elaborating a little about the differences between when you might choose white vs brown rice, what time of day you’d eat them and the effect they could have towards your specific goal?

I’d like to put on some lean mass, but really need to drop a few BF percentage points (currently 19%). My schedule dictates I train in the morning sort of right after I wake up. How should I add what kind of rice and when and with what?

Sorry for the long question. Any information is appreciated.

Too much in the weeds. If you can’t gain if you eat two different types rice, you’ve done it wrong

There’s a lot to that question, most of which isn’t incredibly important for the vast majority of folks looking to just get in better shape. Personally, I’ve always been an incredibly hard gainer, and am super anal about everything I do, so I take it a little more serious than I probably need to.

Having said that, I personally try to consume a higher glycemic carb immediately upon waking (with protein), and a higher glycemic carb post workout (with protein). Then I eat lower glycemic carbs the rest of the time.

Too much brown rice can potentially block nutrient absorption, and is slightly higher in arsenic, so I try not to eat a pound of it a day. I also have to eat 4,000+ calories to gain any size, which is a lot of carbs.

They all of their pros and cons. However it’s why I try to not rely on just one carb source.

I would highly suggest you wake up an hour earlier and get some food in before lifting, and immediately after.

It ALSO depends on my goals. If I’m cutting calories and trying to drop some fat, I will go more whole grains. If I’m trying to gain size, and I’m eating significantly more, I go more white rice and slightly higher glycemic carbs. Too much brown rice gives me gas and upsets my stomach, and white rice is easier to eat larger quantities of.

This is all not super crucial for someone trying to just drop some body fat. IMO it’s more important for gaining muscle and when eating a shit ton of calories.

In your case I’d just eat and not worry about clean that much. If you eat ground beef instead of chicken breast you get more than double the calories. I’m not saying eat anything. But I’m saying you should opt for high calorie stuff if you got the choice. Eat an avocado a day, take more olive oil for your foods than normal, eat a meal in the afternoon like a sandwich, and drink a lot of your calories with instant oats and whey protein. I would NOT go low fat.
