Would you like to post you’re routine? I’m sure someone can take an in depth look. I’m not great however I will say this… train antagonistic muscle groups equally… scratch that, train pulling muscles slightly more than you do pushing muscles, helps with posture

Dude you don’t want injuries… they’re the fucking worst… take this from someone who’s prone to injury 24/7 from regular everyday activities (packing on as much mass as possible helps reduce this risk tremendously)

As to rear delts, I also find they’re one of the most aesthetically pleasing muscles when well developed… keep it up!

Strength should be similar as well. If you can bench 1.5x body weight for example, you should be able to do a pull up with about .5 body weight added (for 1.5X total BW resistance). Some people bench hard and think doing some reverse flys and face pulls is going to even them out.
Currently I am not quite as strong pulling as pressing, but I am working on it.
I don’t bench anymore, nor do I do weighted pull-ups
But I can/could bench about 105 (bw is 73-74kg currently), can deadlift 405 for a few reps, can do about 25 wide grip pull-ups, probably do about 40-50 dips without stopping (I just use the dip machine, lean forward with between 110-130kg and bang out sets for chest… it’s like the only thing for chest I can REALLY do)
I’m weak as fuck lol, then again I don’t train for strength… delving within lower rep ranges due to my previously specified medical ailments gets me injured very, very fast.

They’re inversely correlates… there’s zero chance that you won’t gain any strength at all, it might be at a slower rate compared to say… powerlifting/strongman style training. But you’ll gain strength
You’re like me, we stick to 10-20 rep ranges (well now it’s more like 12-25 for me)… emphasise TUT, muscular contraction etc
The strong BBers have the best look IMO. Guys like Ronnie, Arnold and Franco were all competitive PLers at one point. The look they got was different than the others. To each his own though.

Can’t say I can eat much… I stopped growing at around fifteen and with that my metabolism slowed down to a halt… hypogonadism didn’t help either
If I don’t want to gain weight I typically have to eat less than 2500 calories… even when training intensely… it’s terrible, keeping fat off is difficult
but sometimes i like to pyramid up and do 6-8 reps just to stress the muscle (still squeezing and slow negatives)

But if the woman is worth dating, and she’s looking for a 20 year old guy, it’s for sex. Period. If she’s looking for an intellectual connection, which is the thing you offer better than anything, she just won’t even open the door for you. Now, once you’re like 25+, those doors do start to open. At my age, 36, I can date anywhere from 18-60. Literally. Not saying I’m entertaining that full set of options, but it is out there if I were to want it.
really just your age is an issue here. The other things aren’t. It’s easy to find girls who will date guys who use steroids. Like I said, I have no trouble getting dates. And I’m open about it. I’m also a weird dude. You just have to be weird AND engaging. Not weird creepy. Or weird boring.
