I don’t think any woman with a legitimate career will want anything with a 19y/o kid. I can talk coherently/ have far more in depth conversations than most peers my age, and I look like I’m in my early/mid twenties (especially when I don’t shave as I can grow a full beard if I wish)… but most will be put off by “I’m 19” unless it’s a quickie (In Spain the woman who was interested in a quickie was in her late twenties)
Perhaps I’m wrong, but wouldn’t there be a certain stigma towards dating guys 10 years younger?
Give it a few years and perhaps… thank you for the advice though
But @unreal24278, aaron is right. The women who have been through the douchebags are the ones genuinely looking someone decent. And it also makes you up your game too. It certainly did with me. Albeit it was too late for me to realise and I had my heart broken and after that I have never really loved again. But good advice here from @aaronca
I’d have to find a woman willing to accept my age, eccentricities, the fact that I’m on TRT (will probably never be able to bear a child) and resulting little ‘‘experiments’’ as I wouldn’t want to keep secrets from my significant other… I believe this will prove very challenging
Man, I went the opposite direction. My wife is 15 years my junior. She had zero interest in guys her own age because they’re all immature and none of them could provide anything meaningful to her. But I’ve said before, in a few different places, if you’re funny you can do more with that than any amount of money or muscle. My wife is waaaay out of my league, even with the age difference. But from the first date on I’ve made her do two things: laugh and feel safe enough to be herself. Give a woman the opportunity to be herself, to not be afraid of judgment, and she’ll open up to you in a way she never would with someone else. That sort of thing builds trust and respect pretty quickly, and that’s the foundation of a good relationship.
72kg now , 3500+ calories 120+ protein a day but i feel like i will be a fat f*ck if i keep doing this till summer bro (lol) should i change anything ? or keep doing it till i get huge and fat af then cut for a short time since my metabolism is fast ?
3500 calories of what ? I can’t tell you whether or not you’ll get fat if I don’t know what you’re eating, what your training is like, etc… if it’s all clean healthy food, and you’re working out / exercising 5-6 days a week, it would be very difficult for you to truly get fat. You’ll gain some fat, dont get me wrong, but you won’t transform into a slob.
Also remember, your metabolism is a blessing and a curse. It’s easier for you to drop fat quickly than most folks. I typically don’t sweat it when I get a little fatter as I know I can drop it when need be.
Are you weighing every meal out? How many times a day are you eating? How many hours in between meals? I’m assuming you meant 5-6 times a week. How long are your workouts? Do you take long breaks between sets? Do you do any cardio? What training split are you doing? How many reps and sets typically?
Did you have visible abs prior to starting? Do you still?
120g of protein isn’t all that much… are you eating 500g+ of carbs?
Wow… this is some serious eating… I’d get SO fat if I did this
As to Aaroncas prior comment, I’d like to specify everyone is different. In my young teenage years the bulk of my growth came from carbohydrates intake (within reason), 100g protein + 350 carbs or so was more than enough for me to grow.
short and intense type workouts (3 exercises per muscle group but doing them well) (long negatives , super sets …)
3 days on 1 day off and repeat
back bi
chest and tri
shoulder trap
off
(abs every 2 or 3 days)
(dont train legs too often since my legs are not that small compared to my upper body and my knees hurt)
What do you mean “fucking my shit up”? Are you injured?
From experience… training through said injury will make things worse 99% of the time
As of my most recent shoulder injury I’ve dropped chest work almost entirely (aside from the odd D.B. bench press… can do as many chest dips as I like)… but otherwise things get a whole lot worse
