You want constructive advice? How about you state some goals. If you want to look like a bodybuilder why don’t you outline some aspects of your training and diet.

YOU stated that this is a bodybuilding forum and you complained because you got judged based on bodybuilding criteria. If you want to look like a bodybuilder I’m sure there are plenty of people on this site (myself included) that would help you out
Work on your legs otherwise you’d probably look decent with lowered bodyfat. Not sure why your legs look like that if you can squat over 345…you sure you are breaking parallel or going as far down as possible?

Didn;t read about his age, but if youre a football player, I assume you focus mainly on the basic movements. It might be time to start adding auxillary work. Mirror muscles, the works.
And I;m guessing your legs are a good size but lack sweep (I believe thats genetic) If you cut own you’ll look very good, but you don;t need to do that at this stage.

Yes I’m well aware he’s carrying some bodyfat, hence the rating of a three. This forum is solely about aesthetic appeal, plain and simple. Lifts, genetic considerations, height and bodyweight are all irrelevant. Size, conditioning, and proportion is all that matters.
