I saw you posted your diet for one day a few pages back - I’m wondering if you could do that again, maybe a few times. I take it from your daily posting of protein/carb/fat that your diet must remain pretty much the same…
I wonder, are you getting enough fiber? You could throw a fiber supp in there with your protein meals for better digestion/absorption… Adding some extra lettuce or celery or other stuff sometimes could only be good for your digestive tract - and not screw with your ratios.
Just an idea.
I am less likely to suggest anything to someone who really seems to have it all dialed in. And you obviously have your shit together.
Any time I’ve cut in the past I’ve ended up losing too much muscle tissue, so I am watching your progress with interest because I hope that I can cut for this summer more successfully.
I can pull some other sample diet days and post them. As far as fiber, it hasn’t been something I really worry about. I don’t like veggies, so I won’t get it from there. I don’t care how good they are for me, I just cannot force them down. Even the smell of most veggies makes me want to throw up, that is how bad I hate them. Or if I am out to eat I cannot eat anything they even touched on my plate. I hate them! I do eat lettuce, but only for the salad dressing.
And I am at the point now where if I crave salad dressing I can drink it from the bottle and don’t really need the salad. A fiber supp may be good, but I really don’t pay that much attention to it.

As far as the fiber goes, hey, if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it. My digestive system has always been pretty wacky, so it’s more of a concern for ME. No need to push it on you.
I have gotten way behind on this, so no need to try and catch it up. I am 8 weeks out now and very happy with where I am at. I am a little lighter than I was hoping at this point, but they don’t weigh you before you head onto stage. I still think I can compete in the 235-240 area, which for a natural guy, I am very happy with.
hey man, best of luck in your show. question for ya…I recently started my first bulk and have gained some good muscle and strength. I’m not too sure about the cutting process though. When you start cutting for a show do you drop down the calories slowly each week?
