I am actually starting out this time in much better condition than I did prior to that show. I store my fat predominantly on my lower abs and back, so everything else leans up pretty quick for me. I need the whole 18 weeks for those bodyparts.

Saw some weight increases from last week, but I am at a new gym since Christmas and am still not dialed in on all the machines with my exact weights yet. I am getting there. Plus, the 20 rep sets on Monday and Tuesday increase my endurance a little as I go also, so I can lift a little more on those until I hit the magic zone. The main goal is on Saturday where almost everything is free weights to keep those numbers up or improve on them. After the bodybuilding shows May 12 and May 19 I am doing a Strongman Competition in July so I will have to get my weight up and strength back in a hurry so I want to minimize those losses as I go now.

I kept the ratios above until 2 weeks out and then did a maintainence week and then did the 7 days to Ultimate Leaness found on this site.

I’m not sure, but if I remember right they are a little more liberal than the NANBF on that stuff.

your matabolism makes me jealous… you have 100lbs on me and I would be dropping 2lbs a week AT THE VERY LEAST eating that much.

Good luck, and hopefully you can get all your strength/size back in time for strong man. Being nearly as tall as the biggest hills in nebraska you should do good in strongman.
