btw fuck u guys i know im not fucking in shape i just thought ud be interested in my atrophy for personal knowledge i haven’t worked out in 2 weeks and i haven’t lost any real size so far
ill keep you posted this isnt to try to be tuff either i just cant lift due to injury now
i love 2 and thought this would be cool and good info for those who are serious not allot of info on results from not working out.
